I contracted with Worcester Credit Union for a car loan on August, 23, 2018. The loan was for 60 payments/5 year loan. The initial payment was to be made at the branch at ************************, and was. And the initial payment made and expected was $352.83. This left me responsible and committed to 59 payments of $353.11. I have fulfilled my promise/obligation without flaw, even making additional payments when possible. I have completed 58 payments thus far, leaving me one payment left on this account of the agreed $353.11. However, they WCU disagrees and claims I owe them $181 additional monies. This is untrue, inaccurate and unprofessional. I have made several attempt to resolve this simple issue, which has not come to resolution. It has brought undue and unfair and immense amounts of stress placed upon me. And has forced me to spend valuable amounts of my personal time on this matter. I am searching for peace with this unnecessary problem please. My account number is ************ My loan number is ************. My hope is that this is resolved swiftly and neatly. And not a result forcing me to file a claim with the Worcester court. Thank you.Business response

we have tried, tirelessly, to work with this consumer and have provided all documentation the Credit Union has, including going back almost 5 years in archived files and have not found there to be any error on part of the credit union. We have left it now up to the consumer to provide a copy of the cancelled check she is disputing was not credited to her. Despite all our efforts, we can locate nothing in relation to her opinion that the record has a discrepancy.
We have provided the records, met with the consumer both in person and by phone, and lastly followed up with a summary of the efforts, research and transaction histories via mail again requesting that if she can provide us with a copy of the cancelled check for the disputed payment she claims to not be in our records, we would open the dispute. Until that occurs, the Credit Union has completed our investigation until the consumer can provide us with the cancelled check we would need to credit her.
