    Was a decent building when we moved in now we have the homeless living in the basement and dry cleaners that's attached to the building. Property manager won't help . Neither will the police My family lives here and I no longer feel safe

    The absolute worst I have ever dealt with!!! After I put a deposit down, the told me I had the apartment. Then 2 days later, changed their minds. They told me that they didn't have to give the de back (which it does state in the agreement) but they did anyways. They printed me out a check.... well, they set it up for it to bounce. They have me a fake check!!! My son rents from them. They NEVER fix anything!! They are **** *****. But boy, when rent is due? They're right there!!!
