Auto Point body shop is one of the worst auto body repair businesses in Baltimore. I do not recommend anyone go to them. The people that supposedly repaired my Honda Accord in 4/2022 did a poor job. The person who replaced my bumper did not accurately measure it correctly so when you look at my car, it looks as if the bumper is too big. when they replaced the front driver and passenger side body, they left a gap between the headlight and hood. Clearly, they did not accurately measure and cut the side right. The front bumper on passenger side keeps falling off and dragging the ground when I drive. Last year, I went to them on 3 different occasions to get this fixed and it is still happening. The so-called technicians or mechanics that repaired my vehicle did patch work that made it seem as if my car was fixed. Clearly, they didn't know what they were doing and it's unacceptable. They replaced my radiator which had white paint all over it because of them painting the bumper while on the car. when the guy named shah (I believe is his name) did a walk through, I showed him the paint all over the radiator and he just ignored me like he didn't hear what I said. recently I just had my engine replaced and the mechanic informed me that whoever replaced my radiator (Auto Point) did not install a pump that should have been replaced with it which turned out to be the reason why my engine was failing. Another issue I found is that the brake fluid container under the hood is usually welded or mounted but they decided to use a wire hanger to hold it up against something else. That is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in their service. Their website is misleading and filled with false information about them. This company is clearly a Joke! I would not recommend them to anyone because of their poor quality of work. Auto Point doesn't deserve a 1-star rating.
