On April 21. yesterday, I had an appointment with Doctor Francesco G*****. this was my 5th appointment. He automatically took an Assistant in the examining room with him. Never introduced the person nor asked me was it OK with me. I asked, "Who is this?" He mumbled something and said, "Do I have a problem with it?" I said, "Yes." He told her to leave and get the receptionist at the desk. She came in, mind you she is a receptionist, not a doctor or a Nurse. He proceeded to examine me and she put her hands on me. Never washed her hands or had on gloves. This is the receptionist that I go after my exams. Now she has seen my personal parts. After the exam i go back in his Office. I had my Fiance come back to the Office
with me. I asked what was that about? Did you feel threatened. He laughed and said, "Yes". I replied this is my 5th visit .You removed three hemorrhoids within 4 visits in the room, You and I by ourselves. You never acted as though you were afraid or threatened by me before. I thought we had a rapport between us. I felt, as that because I said No to the person he had with him. he had to humiliate me. Every doctor in my life that I have ever been to, has always introduced or ask me if you mind if the person is present. That's my right as a patient to say yes or no. I should not have been humiliated for saying No, I hope this will help someone else, to be aware of the Doctor they are dealing with.
