              I scheduled an appointment on 1/10/23 at 10:30 am for full grooming with Mobile Pet grooming which should have included a shampoo, trim, brush, anal gland expression, and nail clip. I also I was informed to pay by credit card. After the groomer Ronald C**** returned my dog, he stated that he didn't have a credit card machine and to pay $110 by **** *** or *****, I felt like I didn't have a choice. My dog only received a shampoo and I was told that he would return to complete the other services. He never returned after numerous calls and promises on January 10, 2023. I called the office, and there was no answer, but my call was returned. After informing them of the situation, I was told the groomer would call and return the next day because he was overbooked. I never received a call or service today, I attempted to dispute the payment with my bank, but I was informed that paying with ***** is the same as cash, The payment was deducted from my checking account. I want a refund and I was scammed for $110.

              I originally had an appointment yesterday at 3:30-4:30pm & had to be moved since Kayla had a doctors appointment. Which I understood, but the times they were trying to book my appointments they were not very flexible with me since I work all day. They were only trying to offer me a time during the time I was going to be at work, where there nobody was going to at my house. After that they tried to schedule my appointment for another week or two. When I had scheduled this appointment 3 weeks prior. And you guys had an availability for today that you guys tried not to offer me the first time which was for today this morning at 7:30-8:30am who was going to be a different groomer which was Melissa not Kayla. And for that you guys did not contact me as I was waiting for someone to come. I have tried calling numerous of times after waiting and hour and half no one decided to pick up. After almost two hours of waiting they don't have the decency of calling and giving a heads up if the groomer is coming or not, instead someone send a text message saying that groomer is not feeling well. Iknow for sure it was supposed to be a different groomer... as this was my FIRST time booking my appointment with this company, you guys are joke and veryyy unprofessional for the way how this person manages this business. I will not be booking with you guys again as my appointment had to be rescheduled three times and the times you guys were offering were very inconvenient. I HIGHLY do not recommend for ANYONE to book an appointment with you guys. I can't take my dog to Petco or to PetSmart since they turn him away. I also have screenshots to prove
