On March 3rd, I purchased round trip transportation from Super Shuttle Express, who contracted the Yellow / Checker Cab to provide the ride. The first ride, (Confirmation# 4087151) was to the BWI Airport from my home on March 10th, which went well and without any problems. The return trip, (Confirmation# 4087152), on April 1st, was from the BWI Airport to my home, which never was taken. Due to a flight cancellation, I had to rebook a later flight which landed at DCA instead of BWI. After notifying Super Shuttle, about the situation, they told me that they couldn't pick me up at DCA. They also said that I would be refunded $83.34 for this trip. I have called them numerous times and gotten the same answer. That someone will call me to discuss this at their earliest convenience, and we're sorry for the delay. Its been over a month, and I'm still getting the same feedback. I just want my refund from this company nothing more. I have been calling Super Shuttle at XXX-XXX-XXXX. The Help Center on their website doesn't work, and give an error when I attempt to access it. This has scam written all over it.Business response

On 11/28/2021 I took a taxi using my credit card but was given a cheaper price fir cash. I took out my wallet and paid the cash but dropped my wallet in the back seat. Upon returning home, I cancelled my credit card but on 12/01/2021 the SQ* Sheed Taxicab Service charged my cancelled card $203 which my bank cancelled for me. I CANNOT STRESS THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY THIS COMPANY. BE WARNED AS I HAD TO CANCELLED THIS AND ANOTHER CREDIT CARD. IF THEY WERE HONEST, THEY WOULD HAVE AILED ME BACK THE WALLET'S CONTENTS.
