1 starThey cancelled my test after I drove 2 hours to the test center and after studying four weeks to be ready for the date. They gave me phone number for customer care that just left me on hold for hours. The online system will not allow me to reschedule either. Horrible experience.Review fromLeslie F

1 starTook PA-CAT on 2 Nov with military voucher. They wouldn’t accept military ID as identification even though Exam Master (owns PA-CAT) website said it is acceptable. Kept switching proctors throughout exam. I got halfway and was prompted to take break. I made sure to text in the chat box I was doing so. They respond “ok” I go to break then have to use bathroom. Came back couple min late, couldn’t start test so I texted I’m back and they say you have to wait. I wait and security comes online and says I was 3 min late and kicks me out. I say, over 3 min? Seriously? And they say I can contact customer support they’re shutting the test down. I contacted CS, they were sympathetic and ask me if I was on scheduled break I say yes, but was 3 min late coming back. They confer with their managers, and say “did you see any of the test?” I say yes.. because it happened after finishing half the test. They say “ sorry we can’t do anything to help because you have seen half the test”. What in the world… I’m just going to retake it anyways. You would think that they would understand being late from the bathroom. Or at least give a warning? But no, kicked from a $200 test over 3 min. No cheating or any other issues and I didn’t even come back to a locked out screen because time was up, etc. They simply decided to not let me keep taking the test. Never had that happen at any other testing centers.Review fromJessica B

1 starZero stars. I scheduled a ParaPro exam two days ago for a month away and had to cancel that date. There seems to be no way to get a refund from Prometric that I have been able to find. I would never trust them to pay for a test with your own money. Definitely use the funds of whatever organization is requiring you to take this test.Review fromHattie K

1 starI failed the MFT exam, taken at ***** **** **, Dallas, TX 75251 on 9/16/23, by 4 points (127 out of a passing score of 131) due to Prometric's system failure during my exam causing me to be kicked out of the exam and lose a remaining 29-30 points and 15 minutes. The initial response was to blame/accuse me of the system's failure, strong arm me into repaying for the exam "if I failed" (of course this system failure would likely affect my score!). While answering the exam questions, a question popped up on the screen (at approximately question #171) asking if I wanted to continue with the section (progressing through the exam) or go back to flagged questions (I believe I'd only flagged 2 questions). It was confusing for the question to suddenly appear before I'd reached the end of the exam, and the option button was confusing itself. Therefore, I existed the testing room to ask the proctor how I should answer. After she confirmed that I did not wish to return to the flagged questions, or go backwards at all; that I wanted to finish the exam, she advised me to choose "continue with the section." When I chose that option, to continue with the section, I was immediately kicked out of the exam and taken to the survey at the exam's end. There was no option to go back to the exam and so, I lost 29-30 questions. The proctor who advised me to choose "continue with section" was also confused over why I was kicked out of the exam stating that even if I had wanted to return to flagged questions (again, I didn't), then I should've been taken back to that section and (still) not kicked out of the exam. The other proctor stated that she's seen this question/option before and that she too found it confusing. This testing system needs to be responsible for its failures and conduct a full review of facts before accusing/blaming test takers. And there needs to be something/system in place to hold them accountable for failures. These tests are too taxing and expensive for this.Review fromAlex H

1 starI was trying to take the LSAT, was told to disconnect and reconnect by my proctor. For some reason, they thought it was a good idea to make it, so you cannot use the same confirmation code twice. Where do you get your questions answered, you might ask? A chat box. Simple enough, right? Wrong! After waiting for 45 minutes in the queue, the chat box closed, and apparently all the agents left at the exact same time. All agents have been offline for the last 2 hours and 30 minutes. Ok, just call their phone number, you may say. Just go through a million disclaimers and prompts, get answered after a long wait, finally have someone answer, who instructs you to click link after link, only to end up in the same area with the chat box that won't open because all agents are offline. Email them, perhaps? I got an automated reply! They'll get back to you... in 3-5 business days, that is. That doesn't help now. What company makes it so difficult to resolve an issue that shouldn't even be an issue? Why was I told to disconnect and reconnect if the confirmation code I was given was one time use? With their 1-star rating on the BBB, I am genuinely curious why LSAC decided to use this horrible business.Review fromNguyen P

1 starFor online test takers: The proctor people have accent and its super hard to understand them. It looks like Prometric subcontractor to people in third world countries or something. Also, the proctor people will make you do some dumb stuffs like: doesnt matter how big your room/hall/auditorium is, they will make you cover every single things that has screen even though it is 1000 ft from you. This is the worst online proctor service everReview fromSteven B

1 starExtremely mediocre service provider. I was scheduled to take the LSAT on August 12, 2023 but was forced to reschedule along with hundreds of others because Prometric's system was not working. The proctor couldn't even get their camera or microphone to work. Shame on the LSAC as well for hiring such a mediocre company.Review fromHannah W

1 starIf I could give this company a zero I would. Staff is highly inappropriate and not helpful, can’t get anyone on the phone. Waited over 5 hours to take my LSAT and couldn’t even take it. Some of the staff couldn’t get the test launched because they didn’t know how. Some asked highly inappropriate questions, and others told me to leave and go try again later when I had a scheduled exam time. This company and LSAC should be investigated for the activity that happened August 11th because neither company can clearly do their job. And this exam affects students getting into law school and their score for scholarship money. They shouldn’t be allowed to proctor exams for anyone at all ever and should be shut down.Review fromGrace R

1 starWould give them 0 stars if I could! Scheduled exam start time was at 10am, I logged on at 9:50. Guess what time I eventually started? 12:50pm! Yes, that’s right, a time when my entire exam should have been complete. I ended up staying on the system for over 6 hours, but ultimately had to leave and abandon the exam after I was ignored for 2 hours by my proctor and therefore couldn’t continue as I needed to be checked in again by my proctor after the intermission and as I mentioned, he had disappeared. Ridiculous, honestly. They really wanted expected me to continue and do as well after I sat for 3 hours twiddling my thumbs essentially.
