      Without a doubt the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to schedule and exam and retrieve my confirmation number for over 2 weeks now and have not been able to get in touch with their customer service. Literally as I type this I am on my 2nd hour of nobody picking up the phone in their office. And this isn't my first attempt, I have been trying this DAILY for the past week. It is absolutely absurd! I have emailed them and been told I will hear back shortly and literally haven't even received a response. That was over a week ago! Now they have just stopped responding to my emails. This company needs negative star reviews. Whoever is in charge of their customer service department should be ashamed.

      Absolutely the worst test experience ever! All my system and internet speed checks were fine. Their system was incredibly slow. The whole test was suppose to take 3 hours, but it took so long for questions to load, that the first half took that long. The proctors are rude and absolutely ridiculous in having you move office supplies to where each different one wants them placed. One proctor wanted me to remove all office supplies from the room.....stapler, tape, paper clips, etc. She stated they were study materials. Each of their security checks, which are a joke, took at the very least 5 min. What a waste of time. I had a sitter for a disabled chid and couldn't finish the exam because I only scheduled the sitter for 4 hours. Absolutely horrible. This company needs a serious to be shut down and/or a complete overhaul.

      Worst experience from trying to reschedule an exam. Had to speak to 3 different reps who kept transferring me back to the original call que. There professionalism and conduct was below the standard of any call center environment. What an impossible task to get someone who actually knows how to do the customer service report. They were also rude and interruptive. The best part was being told that I can only take the test in a small town 3 hours way, even though there are dozens of locations local to me in the major metro that I live in. Only after having to call back and waste another 45 minutes getting passed around was someone able to schedule my exam locally. What a waste of time energy and effort. I really hope we can get the state to drop them as a proctor. What a terrible experience.

      In the pre-test proctor's review of my desk space and my person, I was asked to stand up. I expected this. In so doing, I disclosed a shirt I was wearing that says that I am a Christian. The proctor then asks about my ring, saying, "Does your ring have religious significance?" I stated, "It doesn't matter." He said, "Yes it does. Does your ring have religious significance?" I said again, "It doesn't matter. It doesn't affect the test." This happened at least three or four times. Finally I said, "If I can't wear the ring, tell me to take it off. But it doesn't matter if it has religious significance." The proctor kicked me out of the exam (before I could even take it). I am not allowed to take it again without paying an additional $100.00. I already paid $525 to take the test.

      If I could give a lower score I would. This has to be the absolute worst company on earth. Every employee is remote and foreign. Zero professionalism. Zero uniformity. Absolute disgraceful that this company has any ability to supervise anyones test taking as their own company has zero management or supervision for employees and technical support alike. I was unable to take my NFLPA exam as I was disconnected and had to go through the proctor evaluation process a total of 10 times before they finally told me there was nothing further they could do but for me to call technical support for the 11th time. As many have mentioned, I did all system testing and set up my computer per the website direction. Checked my connection. All was good. I ultimately was only allowed into the exam once out of 10 attempts of being granted access from the proctor who launches the exam.Tthere were mini connection issues until towards the end it completely kicked me out and wouldn't let me get back in. I called tech and they tried to help then they transferred me to customer service. I waited over an hour, no chat rep. The phone set up is about 10 to 15 mins long, what test taker that needs immediate assistance wants to sit on the phone for any period of time. I want fast service. I didn't receive anything. NFLPA should be ashamed in using such a terrible service for such a regulated exam that they only offer once per year.

      It's a very horrible, unprofessional & irresponsible experience

      I took a CAN financial license exam in mid Apr 2022. I chose to write remotely via ********** (one component of Prometric Assessment System). I wrote 2 similar exam from them smoothly under identical conditions in 2021 with no problem. My home internet connection is excellent, at high speed, reliable & provided by tier 1 provider Bell; I was the only one user during exam time. During check-in process, agent's background was extremely noisy & busy (as well, I could see a TV screen is playing program). Agent's conversation got choppy & I needed to ask agent repeat many times.

      After exam started, it had 10+ times of minor error connection interruptions, that was very annoying but I could still keep on exam pace. Each time, a small window popped up saying Error connection for 20s to over 60s long. I asked proctor on Chat box what it means, answer is "I don't know". In the middle of exam, connection halted completely & I was instructed to exit, relaunch app & re-do check-in process. After reconnected, I found I lost exam pace by running short of time, plus it had few more minor error connection interruptions thereafter. Though I could finish answering all questions at the end, I didn't have time to review previous unsure ones. I highly suspect I lost 15-20 mins due to major disconnection & reconnection interruptions, caused by busy & unstable internet connection at **********'s end. End up I failed the exam.

      After 100's hrs of study & review of course materials to prepare for exam, it's very unfair to me as my exam result was seriously affected by unreliable connection, complete disconnection & unprofessional service. I reported & appealed to financial educational organization that provide exam to conduct investigation, review video & communication records. Certainly they don't help me much. It jeopardize my work at a bank due to regulatory requirement. It's absolutely insane.
