  This company is in the business of wrongly towing people's vehicles to generate money. My vehicle was parked in a rental community where I reside. I was provided with parking permit and it was placed on the dashboard of my vehicle since day one. But on September 6th, I went outside to go to work and my vehicle was not where I parked it. I called the number provided on the lot and a gentleman told me yes they have my car. He claimed that my parking permit wasn't displayed. When I told him that I was on the driver side of the dashboard, He went outside to look then came back to tell me that it was not. I paid $30 for a lift to go get my car. When I arrived there I was charged $280 to retrieve my vehicle. But when I opened the door, I found out that these crooks forced opened my driver side door and and threaded a metal to remove the parking permit. In the process, they not only scratched and damaged the corner of the door, they also caused my window to not roll as smooth as it used to. The ******** ** ****** ***** should not allowed this shady company access to this place. I spoke with the owner, Martin but he kept giving me the run around and never called me back.

  this vehicle was towed lawfully and was towed using a wheel lift and dollies, at no time did any employee with and or associated with this tow ever go into the vehicle, the accusations being made are false, property mgmt requires permits to be displayed at all times and clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle. no refund is due nor was any damage done by this company.

  Towed my car despite having the required decal within my vehicle and paying the monthly parking fee at my complex. The decal fell to the floor due to the heat so they claimed it was not "prominently displayed". I asked for partial reimbursement given the decal was obviously in my car but had simply fallen to the floor despite no fault of my own. They did not budge. I am out $500 because a sticker fell to the floor and did not live up to their "prominently displayed" aka "any way we can tow you, we will" standard.

  when a property is requiring a permit to be properly displayed, or you will be towed, means just that. it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner when departing their vehicle to turn around and look to see if visible from the outside, (not in dark tint, under the seat, glove box, etc.)if not then they should see where it is and make sure properly displayed, I actually talked to this individual and told them that if the permit had fallen and was not able to be seen from outside the vehicle but was located somewhere in it to call me back once he retrieved the vehicle and i would work out a partial courtesy refund as it was not the property owner nor the Towing company fault that their permit was not displayed, and to make sure before parking back on the property they got a new permit so it could be probably displayed.

  They towed my car from handicap spot in which my placard was in window .then they raise my car then took pictures after they tilted my cat and the placard it fell in car when I retrieved my vehicle the placard was laying on the floor in my vehicle. Because of th lifting it caused the placard to fall in the side of the car back I have that on my ring camera. They are in the process of being suede

  pictures of violations are always taken prior to tow truck ever hooking up to a vehicle, along with pictures from rear and sides, the accusation being made here is false.

  This company is out ripping people off and getting away with it if there a sticker on your car for an apartment complex the apartment complex gives sticker to residents….. yall out making peoples lives harder than what it is them wanna charge you $300 for a car u took the same day ….. and when u call them they wanna give u attitude like u not supposed to call about your car “ vision towing count your days I promise u you that

  So they took my car due to my tags not being up to date while parked in the back of my complex meanwhile BOTH the apartment complex and mta authorities have told me it was okay to park my car. In the back of parking lot. In the back of where I live. So, now I have to pay $300 due to the lack of consideration and integrity of this weak ass company. It’s one thing to do your job but it’s another to just be a complete dickhead and reach for something that I’ve already gotten the “okay” for. I wonder how things turn out when the clear owners are not sleeping though. Lol. Weak *** company.

  I split a payment on February 17 around 8:44 a.m., but I forgot to ask the front desk employee's name. I gave him $160 in cash and $130 on my credit card, and when I asked for my change, he said, "They don't give back change." I replied, "I need my change because this is my hard-earned money," and he gave me a fake $10 bill. I didn't realize it until I left. When I came back and called repeatedly, Although I wish I had read my receipt, I wasn't in the best of moods. If it had been the other way around and I had paid them in only fake currency, things might not have turned out well. They said I needed to speak with management, and the guy even printed I paid $150 in cash on the receipt when I didn't. This company should close down immediately.

  They stole my car !! I was legally parked, they moved it in front of a no parking sign, snapped a picture then left with my car !!! As if I was parked there originally

  a review is a one -sided opinion AND not facts especially this review and any other reviews who claim illegal acts by this company. Being Towed is an inconvenience and stressful and can cause a financial hardship just as any other violations associated with penalties, but it doesn't make it illegal. Or as you phrased it STOLE MY CAR

  They towed my car from ***********************. Claiming that I parked in a paid parking spot. Cost me $300 dollars to get my car back. And they didn't even have it overnight. I leave at 2:30 am for work. Plus when I get off there are multiple spots available. So I know that they're lying. I'm usually off around 2 no later than 3:00 p.m. they're a predatory towing company

  the definition to predatory towing/spotting is when you compensate a third party, commonly referred to as "spotters", whose primary task
  is to report the presence of unauthorized parked vehicles for the purposes of towing or removal, and impounding.
  and or a tow truck driver sits in hiding and watches a person park illegally and then tows their vehicle to which this company has never nor ever will perform such acts. In this case the vehicle was impounded for illegally parking in a Numbered space in Comparision to spaces that are not numbered at 8pm and retrieved the next day at 930am which means the impound fee plus 1 day storage was due to retrieve the vehicle. there are numerous signs posted at the entrance and throughout the property stating such. I understand being upset because of being towed and everyone may be entitled to an opinion but in no way was this company nor is this company guilty of illegal towing and or wrongful acts.

  I get off at 2:30 PM there's plenty of open spaces since I'm usually home before everyone else and before school let's out. So there was no reason for me to park in an unauthorized space. I would park on the street first. I didn't and wouldn't park like that because I leave for work at 2:30 am.

  this is not true without even knowing what vehicle they are talking about, all our tows have a picture taken showing the violation, and we always try to explain why the tow took place, the fact that we are in a complaint driven industry to which no one's wants to be towed nor has an expense slotted for trespass towing-not following posted parking policies.
