I am not liable for this debt with Fair collections & outsourcing, inc. they did not provide me with an original application like i asked. I was told they sent out mail and I have yet to receive a piece of mail from them. Also they don't even have all the correct information. This account is falsely reporting on my credit report. I am not liable for this debt. I do not have a contract with Fair Collections Outsourcing Inc i never owned an account with this company. They could not provide me with an original contract as i requested. They are violating my consumer rights to privacy Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 (b) and this company has no permission to report anything using my information in Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 (4).Initial Complaint

I was first contacted via phone by Fair Collections & Outsourcing approximately 3 months ago. A representative called about a debt in my name that was placed with their agency of which I had no recognition. I requested that the representative mail me documents concerning this debt, so that I could take the necessary action to resolve this matter. I did not receive any correspondence following this request. I then proceeded to mail an official dispute/validation notice on April 1, 2023 which was sent via certified mail and received and signed for on April 4, 2023. Again there were no correspondence received from this agency after receiving my dispute letter. This agency has not placed this debt on my credit report which has significantly damaged my credit score and severely impacted my reputation. I will be filing an identity theft report ay my local sheriffs office, as advised from the credit bureaus I recently opened disputes with. Fair Collections & Outsourcing has failed due diligence, and did not thoroughly investigate this matter after being told verbally and in writing that this debt does not belong to me. I have attached the dispute/validation letter I sent back on 04//01/23, along with proof of return receipt. From what I understand from the original representative I spoke with at FCO, this debt is for an apartment lease that resulted in eviction. That is absolutely ridiculous considering I live and rent an apartment in Davenport FL, and Florida has been my place of residence for the last 6 years. I have also attached a copy of my lease agreement. I would appreciate it if someone takes immediate action on resolving this matter. I have had 2 credit card companies decrease my credit limits due to a collection account appearing on my report. I cannot sustain any more damages.
