      I ordered a free sample and paid for the shipping but after a few days they charged me 59.10 and sent me a bottle that I did not authorize. I've sent the package back unopened on May 19 2022 and I have not received any response or refund from them

Per the terms and conditions of the trial offer is enrolled in our Refill and Save program, which was the order that shipped out on 5/12/22. We did receive that order back as a physical return and a refund was issued in the amount of $59.10 on 5/27/22.       Healthy Directions.Com put me on automatic renewal for a product (Magnesium) I only purchased once. I called today and asked to be removed. I DO NOT do automatic renewal on any product. I have bought other items from them in the past, purely on a one time only basis. The representative (*****) said I was removed, but my online account does not show it. This is ridiculous. If I was removed, why doesn't it show it. In order to return the item, they offer no assistance, other than to say "refuse the delivery from the post office. Once you refuse it, it will ship back and they will see I returned it." This is an absurd policy. I will have NO RECORD of a return with a refusal from the mailman. Healthy Directions offers no return label, tracking information or acknowledge how and when I would get my refund. The company DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE PROGRAM ON THE WEB SITE, OR REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND DELIBERATE. I want a retrn label and I expect an immediate refund like reputable businesses do

      We are sorry for the frustration you have experienced in attempting to cancel your Healthy Direction product.

      On 8/8/21 your order was placed via our website for a 3-month supply of Magnesium Broad-Spectrum Complex which was enrolled in our Refill and Save program and that is why the Refill and Save program was shipped on 11/14/21.

      On 11/16/21 you spoke with our customer service representative who cancelled your Refill and Save program to prevent future shipments; the cancelation can take up to 48 hours to reflect on your Healthy Directions online account. The representative did mention that you refuse the package to avoid paying for the return postage as we do not send out prepaid return labels. For your information, every nutritional supplement purchase from Healthy Directions is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should the product not meet your expectations, you would simply return it within 90 days for a full refund of the product price.

      On 11/18/21 you spoke with another customer service representative and stated that the package had been refused; we were able to verify that refusal via the tracking number and issued a refund in the amount of $65.97 back to the original form of payment. All payment methods have been deleted from your account.

      My elderly mom unknowingly signed up for a free trial with an order. She got charged for three subsequent months and did not receive any products. When I called to have the company cancel her prescription and get a refund for the products not received, the company lied to my mom and I saying my mom had called them earlier and said she received all the packages. I do not appreciate such disregard for making up false phone calls and information. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

      After reviewing your mothers account and per our phone conversation on 10/28/21, it was confirmed that the 5 orders were not received.There are 5 orders total, refund would be $286.06. Upon further investigation, 1 of the 5 orders was disputed and became a chargeback. We accepted the dispute since the order was not received. Since that order was disputed and the dispute was accepted, the refund of $70.17 will go back to the original card on file and the financial institution will be able to release those funds. The remaining 4 orders have been refunded and a refund check was issued on 11/4/21 in the amount of $215.89. We did try and contact your mother and left a voice message to have her call us back so that we could explain this on 11/2/21 and 11/4/21. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
