I was trying to bid on a vehicle and had trouble logging in. Contacted customer ********************** and after hours finally reached someone who thaught it was funny that *** deals will deactivate your account if not used so often. How ********! To reactivate the account it will take ***** hours. Pathetic service , stay away from these racist bigots

They use GOVERMENT name and PROPERTY to rip off the PUBLIC. They charge %12.5 of the sale price so called BUYER PREMIU.M. I bought a car $3993.75, but the seller would not let me pick up the car, he put a lot of restrictions for picking up it. I called them to explain what was going on. But no solution was offered. The refused to give me a full refund and they kept $443.75 without receipt. They also lock up my account demanding $1500 if I want to use their platform. Thanks.

you can make money if you lucky but company screws buyers at every chance they get. i was a top 10 buyer buying about ******* a year and they kept charging me 200 fee for small stuff that cost them no money. even when it was there fault. if you buy a Lot bc it has a 10,000$ item that you want even though it comes with 10,000$ worth of stuff you cant sale. they would credit me 50% and make me take the stuff that was worthless to a reseller. I lived 15 minutes away and bought a lot of stuff and bid on a lot of things every week from same sellers. one week i bought 3 small salvage lots for 25$ appiece bc i needed that stands. in the past this sellers lots where all buyer can arrange shipping i always picked up my stuff. I missed that the lot said liquidation arranged shipping bc i bought a lot from seller and it never said that. the item wasnt worth ***************************************************************** to pay 3 freight shipping fees of 300 bucks appiece for each item when actual cost for 3- 24 inch laptops to ship 15 miles was probably 15 bucks appiece. I refused to pay 900 bucks for 3 cracked screen monitors that retail new 169$. they blocked my account unless i paid them 200$. there policy was you get one waived fee per 6 months it is 4 years later and they still wont reactivate my account unless i pay them 200 i just started buying from other people i estimate they have lost over ****** bc i no longer buy on site that who these people are

If I could leave an 0 star rating I would. After spending several thousand dollars on multiple **** headphones lots over the last year I have finally had it. This company will sell you garbage- non working units categorized as working units. The most recent purchase involved units that should have small issues but instead are not salvageable. They sold us garbage categorized as operable or only needing small repairs. Most of the time the lots they sell smell horribly so reselling them is difficult. Do not waste your time with Liquidation.com they are a ****-off They charge $40.00 for shipping flat fee that should cost no where near that and the product they sell is garbage.

Buyer beware. If a seller makes claims about the state of a product, and then marks it as salvage - even if they say "I only marked it as salvage because of X" - DO NOT BUY IT. Their disputes team will tell you that it was marked as salvage and nothing they claimed matters. Assume everything is 10 times worse than the seller claims - because they know they can get away with it.

Ive been dealing with them for at least six years. A buyer is not protected in any way. You can be a seller and hide behind the fact that everything is sold as-is, and yet buyers have no recourse when a scam is perpetrated by these sellers. As just one example, I brought a pallet of flatscreen TVs, one of which was in a box. of course theyre not listed as new but theyre not listed as damaged either. when you go to pick these items up, you first have to pay in advance, then youre welcome to pick them up after scheduling & driving, which I did. Every one of those TVs was broken in such a way that it was obvious to whoever put them on pallets. without plugging them in(which certain sellers do not allow) it is impossible to discover til youre home. Keep in mind the game that is performed here: Govdealls facility Tells buyers that theyre not required to pick up an item If you feel its not up to snuff, but if you refuse, you have to then fight for your money back, and regardless of that you will be locked out of an account by the local seller or by the ************************. Furthering ,for anyone who looks online, you will now see that they are allowing third-party car dealers to post their vehicles, and these car dealers are not government sanctioned. They are purely outlets for liquidity centers. Really really really bad. I know what Im doing, and I pity the first time buyer

I ordered a power washer from ************************** for ~ $50 less than the average sale price. The expected delivery date came and went but it never showed. A month after it was expected to arrive, I tried to track my package. *** tracking showed the item was last noted to be in ******** a month ago. I attempted to file a claim with *** in hopes of recovering my package or finding out what happened to it. *** replied that the sending company BLOCKED my ability to file a claim. I contacted the company by email. IMMEDIATELY they replied that my package was lost and that they would refund my money in the next few business days, at which point I noticed there was no sales tax. I asked why they were refunding my money as I wanted the item. If it's lost, they could just send a different one. They said they could not do that as they already offered my refund but that I could order again if I wanted. This, to me, sounds like a perfect scam. They only returned my money because I complained a month after "it got lost". They spent no time researching where the package went and blocked *** from accepting any claims to locate the package. I think they are making beaucoup bucks by "selling" fake packages and only refunding the money for people that raise their awareness for the packages not arriving. I want this stopped. I want their business stopped from scamming others.

If I could leave a 0 stars I would. After many struggles with some items I purchased in the past 12 months (over 20} A few were good, many were not so good, and a couple were really bad. But understanding the nature of the business and how they operate, I've tried to do better about inspecting the items before placing a bid. However that is not possible all the time. This last purchase was the one that broke the camel's back. I purchase 2 identical items, identical description, one did not match the not in service for over a year description....it was more like not in service out in the weather for over 5 years kind of shape. So I took one and the seller agreed to refund me the money because the other item did not match the description. Well Govdeals decided to keep the buyers premium ( $1,500 ) for the item I did not buy even though I purchased the other one. They are far from being a customer driven company, they are not on your side!, and it is an uphill battle all the way until you can't take it anymore....and that's why we're here.Take care of your people, don't forget who pays the premiums when we buy.

Do not buy anything from govdeals especially from Liquidity Services MGL-Sacramento I won an auction and payed for the car yet they wouldn't send me the adress where to pick it up.If you are a bidder and win that does not mean anything. If you win and change your mind you will get charged 40% of the sale and you will be blocked. However the seller can change their mind anytime they want up untill you pick up the item. You can take time off work and be on your way to pick it up they can cancel on you and there is no consequences for them they can just cancel on you and repost as many times as they want to try and get more money. Do not buy anything from govdeals it is a joke of an auction.
