Contract expired. Credit card no longer valid. Did not renew with new card. Do not want the service. They charged me on July 10th, I called on July 13 they said that it was past the 3 month dispute time. By my calculations that is 3 days.

On December 9th, 2022 I emailed [email protected] to cancel my subscription as I am no longer practicing real estate. They still charged my ***** Card $299. They tried charging me $599 twice and then tried $499 twice in December and then finally tried again on 12/10 for $299 and that went through. I filed a dispute with ***** and then it charged me again on February 7th, 2023 $299. I called customer service today to complain and they would not cancel my subscription yet again and feel they are in the wrong for taking money that is not theirs to take and just want it cancelled and my refund.

We have been working with Homesnap for over a year now. Since signing up, we agreed to pay $200 a month starting January 11. 2022. We have paid $200 from January to May 11th, then on May 25th, 2022, we were charged an additional $2388.25 with zero notification from Homesnap. Then on August 25th 2022 charged $2997 and November 25th, $2997. We were already underwhelmed at the promises that they made and did not deliver. I was in communication with the company about those promises from day 1. I spoke to the manager of the concierge department about the issue and asked for proof where we had agreed to the upcharge. Since asking for proof, they have since neglected to follow up. I have emailed and called with no return. We are agreeing to pay the $200 for May * November.. but anything over that, we would like a refund.

I have been requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor since October and NO one will respond to my emails or calls. I have followed the cancellation guidelines and they still charge my credit card.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for two years. I informed them by email and by phone in February 2022 according to their policy to notify them at least 30 days in advance that I did not want to renew this subscription when it expired in April 2022 and they renewed it anyway in May 2022. I again contacted them by phone and email to cancel this and was contacted by email stating that they will close my account until April of 2023. But not before. I want my website though Homesnap immediately disabled and my account and all information posted on the internet by homesnap deleted and ceased immediately. I also want to be refunded the amount I was charged in May 2022 since I previously followed their cancellation guidelines and cancelled this service, and also because I have not used this service at all since it renewed without my permission. I have a retired real estate license as of December 2022 and no longer want this information posted because I will not be a practicing agent after this time. .

Homesnap has charged me $491 part of a yearly subscription that I have repeatedly asked them to cancel. I have pursued closing my account with them through Homesnap and have requested for them to deliver the quality they gauranteed or proceed with closure of my account. Homesnap repeatedly refused to close my account or refund charges. After charging me for a year despite multiple attempts in writing to cancel my account with no luck I they have also charged me $591.62 this month for services I did not authoriz. Homesnap is unresponsive and challenging to get ahold of and their responses are canned and provide no solutions. They also have access to my ****** account and despite my requests for them to release my account back to me, they have not. This is costing me thousands of dollars due to my inability to use my account and is limiting me from being able to advertise on my own. The leads they provide for the program are not real or qualified. They guarantee that they will be and despite many messages stating that these messages are spam and service providers, they do not remedy the situation in any way. I would like to be refunded for the funds they have failed to provide service for including multiple months of zero service, the additional funds they charged me without permission and I want full access to my ****** account and their ownership removed completely. This company preys on small businesses that don't have access to expensive legal services and in my opinion a class action lawsuit should be started.

Back in 2021, I signed up for a short subscription with Homesnap. They did not make it clear that even with a paid subscription that I would need to spend more on top of that to create ads for my business. On Oct 15th, 2021 I sent an email to their support team asking when the upcoming yearly charge was to start and how much it would be, and that I was considering cancelling. I received no response, but found that they proceeded to charge my card for $599. I was not pleased, I reached out to them again but no response. At the time I was busy with 3 kids, one just a year old, 2 businesses to run, and a chronic illness to fight every day. I let it slide, hoping that I could somehow make enough use of the app this time to make up for the years subscription charge. I definitely did not and was quite disappointed by the lack of features for that high of a charge. Currently just a couple weeks ago, they started trying to charge me $599 again without notice for another year’s subscription. The transaction was declined by my bank due to lack of funds. I emailed on Nov 24th this year telling them to stop the subscription immediately, and again yesterday, with a warning that I would reach out to the BBB. No response. Today, they tried to charge my card again for the $599, again declined due to lack of funds. I can’t put any money in my account at this point or it will get taken out as they are ignoring my every attempt to stop this “service”. I’ve also heard from many other agents that Homesnap is a scam of a business. I want them to stop my subscription right away and to refund the original $599 from 2021.

This company will take a hold of your credit card and begin to charge it over and over without permission. They assume You want to keep advertising without asking. They took over 5 k from me and they just refuse to answer the calls. I am Not the only person they have done this to. This company needs to have its doors closed.

This business provides a service to real estate agents through our mls. I decided to try it for a year at their promo rate and had good intentions to use said service. I did not use it and found a charge on my card for their service. I immediately found the account, requested cancelation, and filed a dispute on my credit card after no results. The charge is now back on my card and I called them to get this cancelled and my money back. I again emailed them in re this as well. They will not cooperate in returning my money.

Homesnap has fraudulently charged my debit card 4 times in the last 7 days. The first two charges were for $499.00 each and the second two charges were for $599.00 each. These charges were completely unauthorized and I did not seek anything from this company. These attempted charges caused me a great deal of stress as I was traveling and only had the one card with me. My bank froze my account as a result of Homesnap's attempts to steal from me. I see that there are many complaints against this company for similar reasons.
