Real Estate Agents BEWARE! Homesnap customer service to Realtors is simply awful! They are bullies! I signed up for Homesnap Concierge. They verbally require you to commit to a 12 month Concierge service (no signature or contract in writing) however after almost 3 months of utilizing their service they were unable to procure the results/leads I was paying for. After stating that I wanted to discontinue their service due to the lack of production on their end, their "Customer Success Manager" James G**** sent me a very rude email stating that he was sorry that I was frustrated with the program and informed me that there was a 12 month commitment. He then stated that "Homesnap had done their part" and then immediately went on the offensive and stated that my responsiveness rate to all the spam/robo-call leads was the reason their service was not functioning. James G**** even agreed that "NONE" of the phone call leads were of quality. After 6 emails of back and forth of them continuing to not wanting to cancel the service, them not listening to what I was saying that their service does not work, they then cc'd their "Manager of Customer Success" Stephen K****** only for him to also send me another email of him not listening to my request and suggesting we give their service "more time" to work. More than the fact that this service did not procure the results they stated verbally, their customer service and my overall experience with them is something I will not forget and will make all real estate agents of my experience with this company. I'm a 14 year veteran in this business and have tried many lead generation services, some work and some don't. This one doesn't and wanted to continue to bill me regardless of their results. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!

I had signed up for 12 months of Homesnap service on 6/21/21 as a means of obtaining referrals (I'm a Realtor). I retired 5/1/22. I tried calling Homesnap numerous times to cancel my service, as I am no longer a licensed Realtor. I could never reach anyone, so I sent an email 6/25/22 after I realized they charged my credit card $599 on 6/13/22. No one ever replied to my email. I disputed with my credit card company, but Homesnap claims I didn't cancel on time or the proper method "via their cancellation policy I agreed upon". Through their pages and pages of jargon I could not find anything, let alone the correct contact number. Many others have had difficulty reaching them too. Once they get your money, they vanish. Now I am retired, but they are advertising me as a LEGALLY LICENSED REALTOR, which I am NOT now and I am getting phone calls for my real estate services. This is false advertising! I want my membership cancelled and my $599 refunded!

Homesnap is refusing to take down a photo of my home on their website. The owner of this photo removed it from ****** MLS after the home was sold to protect my privacy. For some reason the photo remained on Homesnap. I have notified Homesnap that they shouldn't be posting this photo on their website since they have no copyright. I even provided an email confirmation from ******* MLS. Homesnap has no regard for this and continues to ignore. This business has no integrity or respect for consumers. This company is committing copyright infringement.

I just found a charge of $599.00 from Homesnap in my credit card transaction from March 19, 2022. I somehow missed this charge before as it came in when I was sick with covid. As numerous other people have complained, I signed up for an introductory offer. I never gave Homesnap approval or permission to charge me more. I never received any notice or renewal notice or any notice whatsoever of their intent to charge me an additional $599. I don't even use the service, I only signed up to try it. Now that I know this is a predatory company and service, I want nothing to do with them at all and I want the $599 they stole from me transferred back into my account. I had no idea Homesnap was such a disingenuous company -- if I did I would have never done business with them and I would have encouraged my real estate brokerage to not do business with them either.

Homesnap sets up customers on an auto renewal.. No notifications are sent to advise you are about to renew. You don't know until the service bills on your credit card. They only give you 7 days to cancel which is after the credit card statement is issued. I notified them last year I wanted to cancel the service. They will only issue a credit for 1/2 of what is owed (300). Keeping 300 of your money because you didn't cancel within 7 days. It is a very shady way of doing business.

Homesnap has charged me $599 as part of a yearly subscription that I have repeatedly asked them to cancel. I have pursued closing my account with them through Homesnap and have worked with my bank for resolution and closure of my account last year after Homesnap repeatedly refused to close my account or refund the charge. I believed this issue was resolved but Homesnap has again charged me for access to their Pro+ subscription that I have asked for a year and a half for them to stop charging me for this plan.Homesnap is exceptionally unresponsive and challenging to get ahold of a customer service representative. I would like to be refunded by $599 immediately and for my account with them to be permanently cancelled and closed.

This company automatically renewed a program I had cancelled. They billed me $599.00 on March 23,2022 I was credited back the $599.00 from my bank while they disputed it. Then on Aril 4, 2022 the charge appeared again.I have been emailing and calling Homesnap for months. I have spoken to a number of support people there, including a Supervisor - who have all told me my act will be credited back the $599.00. But, I have not received a credit. Now, they tell me I have to speak to my bank. I just want them to credit backmy $599.00 to my credit card. I have tried to remove my credit card from their site-- but there is no way to do that. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY. Can you help?
