    DO NOT BUY FROM REGENCY!! I ordered a dining table with 4 *************** When it was delivered there was damage to the table- the delivery guy stated you either accept it or we take it back but you wont get a new one until after Christmas this was unacceptable as I was promised I would have the table before Christmas by the salesperson. I called the main store to talk to a manager before the delivery person left - couldnt get the general manager ******* on the phone was told she was on another ********** would call me back in an hour. I told them I was heading to their store. I told the delivery person to take back the table as I was not going to accept a damage table. Drove to the store - was told ******* was not there - there was a manager named ** who said he would help solve the issue. Asked if he could call me the next day once he figured out if he could pull another table from stock. Next day came - ** called to say he messed up cant find out an answer until the following day. Agreed to wait another day - but no call came. I called the store was told ** wasnt there - asked to speak to another manager - again general manager ******* unable to come to the phone. Told them Im coming up right now & wanted a full refund. Not even 5 mins passed & ******* calls so apparently she got the message I was driving there- told her Ill heading there now we will chat in person. Showed up (parking lot empty - 6 staff sitting around the desks doing nothing) ******* is upfront - I stated no customers but you couldnt answer a call? She replied with she was in back - so apparently the girl that answered the phone was just too lazy to get her. I demanded a refund as this store is a joke!! ******** customer service!!

    We purchased a sectional less than a year ago from Regency, and we were told that the additional warranty would cover wear and tear. In July, we visited their showroom to report damage. We were informed that the furniture still had a one-year manufacturing warranty and were given the manufacturer's phone number to file a claim.The manufacturer first asked us to send in pictures, which we did right away, and then they said they would send in someone to fix it.The individual sent to inspect the damage merely glanced at it from a distance and took some pictures. He admitted that he was unsure how to repair it but assured us that he would provide feedback to the manufacturer. This lack of understanding and expertise was disappointing. The manufacturer's customer service called me today, and what was said was pure discrimination by the repairman. I was told he said 1). Someone was lying on the chair, which messed up the chair. 2). The chair did not qualify for any repair or refund because it was messed up due to wear and tear. The repairman did not even know who was lying on the chair. This was a visitor who didn't stay in the house, and he assumed the visitor had messed up the chair. The chair had a defect way before the visitor. Please stay away from such a scam. I have other chairs that have been around for more than three years and still look new, so it was the quality of Regency furniture that was why we got an extra warranty that they also failed to honor. I am returning to the store and possibly filing a case in court.

    We ordered a couch in person at Ashley *********************** The dimensions were completely inaccurate when the couch was delivered and when we asked for a replacement and refund, we were told we would have to pay a $150 fee to remove the incorrect couch. ************* for ****** is through ******************. ****************** was so rude and when told that the dimensions were incorrect and we would not pay the fee to remove the incorrect furniture, we were told that they are not responsible for the website and we would need to pay the fee. This company had the ******** to deliver the INCORRECT furniture with INACCURATE dimensions and information and charge us, the customer, for their mistake. We will not be shopping at ****** or Regency again.

    Ordered a couch July 5 2024, have been given several excuses why as of Sep 20, 2024 it's still not delivered. My family has a betting pool on whether this couch exists. Don't buy anything from this horrible company.

    We bought a couch in May. In August, after many phone calls and trips to the store, it still was not delivered. They finally agreed to give a refund. They refused to issue the refund over the phone. They claimed that corporate had disabled phone refunds. They demanded that we drive to the store once again to get the refund. They lied and said a physical card is required for a refund. This is clearly absurd.The manager I spoke to refused to explain this dishonest policy and hung up. After calling back and waiting on hold for a long time, I was finally able to ask the manager what people are supposed to do if they don't have the ability to return to the store in person. He had no answer for this. I asked if people in those circumstances just lose their money. He then admitted that a refund over the phone would be issued, confirming that it was a lie when he told me phone refunds are impossible. He then assured me that our refund would be issued the following day. The refund was not issued. After waiting for three months for furniture that never arrived, my mother had to drive to the store and do the refund in person. The entire experience we had with this company was very frustrating and wasteful. They are dishonest and disrespectful.

    i purchased a 3 piece newport all leather chair, loveseat, couch all in camel color on may 25, 2024. i received my furniture on june 5, 2024, on the very first day i had to call the store and tell them that the top cushion was very wrinkled, and the color was not the same as i choose on the floor, i was promise that it would be taken care of immediately, its now july 2nd and im still waiting. on june 7th i noticed that after sitting in the chair and loveseat, **** prints were left., the more you sit the more **** prints, i called and went to the store with cushions in hand, I have been given such a run around its sad. I have called and gone to this store 8 times or more. so much has happen since this started it would take me a week to tell you all the people i have talked with regarding this matter. My only advice is NOT to EVER buy anything from this store *************************************. And PLEASE read the first and back copy of your invoice.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would... I placed an order with Regency on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the delivery would take place within six to eight weeks. However, this deadline has passed, and I have yet to receive my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact Regency Furnitures customer service department and the ********* location, I have not received any satisfactory updates or resolutions. Each time I reach out, I was either given vague responses or completely ignored. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. After my most recent call that I, the customer had to place, I was told that my delivery was pushed an additional 5 weeks. They were unapologetic and acted as if this wasn't a major issue. My experience has been nothing short of hellish. I would not recommend Regence Furniture to my worst enemy.

    My experience with Regency Furniture was frustrating and disheartening. From the outset, the sales representatives were not only unprofessional but also displayed overt instances of discriminatory behavior. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.The delivery process was equally troubling. My furniture arrived significantly later than the promised date, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Furthermore, the information provided to me before the sale was misleading and incorrect, which contributed to an overall negative purchasing experience.When I tried to address these concerns with Regency Furniture's customer service team, I was met with resistance. Instead of listening to my issues and offering solutions, they abruptly ended our conversation by hanging up the phone. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable in any business.Given these issues, I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Regency Furniture. My experience suggests that their service lacks integrity and respect for customers, making it essential to consider other options before making a purchase.

    Lets hope no one has anything go wrong with the furniture they buy from this dump. Apparently we had an issue with our couch out of the gate, but its just my husband and I so we had not used the couch for several months before we knew there was an issue. When you recline all the way back in the reclining sofa, you roll to the right so your laying back at an angle. Called Regency and after 10 phone calls they sent a tech. The tech said he has over 30 year experience with fixing furniture and that the sofa had been dropped from like a truck in order to bend the mechanism. He order a complete frame to replace the frame on that side. It came in they only sent two pieces. So he had to order more pieces. So after 5 months of numerous phone calls over and over again. Regency is now saying "sorry its over year, too bad what we tried to fix didn't fix it, it ***** to be you. Totally heinous company and even the employees at the local store can't believe we are being treated so poorly. The couch is actually worse now. Corporate wouldn't send the repair guy new screens and they are machine screws so once you take them out they wont go back in so the repair guy used decking screws and screwed the frame into the wood and now the lumbar is cracking and making noise. Regency still doesn't care, I have an extended warranty but they wont take my call because CORP regency is suppose to open a ticket with them. Its one big run around. So I am stuck with a couch that doesn't function properly.
