      I purchased so far a bedroom set and a dinning room set from Regency Furniture in Brandywine, MD. The deliver drivers on two occassions arrived under the influence and dameged my purchases. In this most recent event I received my purchase on August 4, 2022 which was payed for in May 23, 2022. Once again the deliver drivers and technicians that are payeed to assemble dameged the merchandise. I contacted the customer service and requested management intervention. I was told that this process will take between 24 - 72hrs, I explained that I've been waiting since August 4, 2022 to speak with your management to varify that my merchandise would be redelivered by August 10, 2022. So I reached out to Regency Furniture and was now told that I'd have to wait until August 28, 2022 for just the damaged part to be replaced and then afterwards to schedule a date/time for deliver. This is unacceptable when the company has accepted payment and now the customers are left in limbo.

      Customer service is terrible and you call so many time they don’t even answer their phone. Manager is never available

      Regency furniture customer service is the worst. I purchased a recliner for my mother back in January. The recliner stopped working in May. On May 26, 2022 I called both regency furniture and snap finance to see what I can do to get my mom chair fixed. I was told that I was going to receive a call from the service department the next day schedule and appointment for someone to come out to look at the chair . The next day came around and I didn't receive a call. So I called the day after to see why I didn't receive a call. I called back and was told that no one has scheduled and appointment for someone to come out. The earliest appointment that they has was for June 16, 2022. I told the person that June 16, was to long to wait. She then told me that she will have an in house person the come out on June 6, 2022. On June 6, the maintenance person came to look at the chair. He told me that the switch and motor no longer works. That her will report it to customer service and they will get back to me on what they are going to to about the chair. Once again no one got back to me. So again I am calling back to get some answers. The lady said that they got the report and they are working on it now. So I then called Snap financial and filed a claim with them to get my money back. Once again I could not and still do not have any answers. To make a very long story short. It is a month and 4 days later to be exact. That I still don't have a chair, no answers, and no refund. Even though Regency has nice furniture. Their customer service department is very poor as well as Snapp financial. Every time you ask for a supervisor. There is never one around or they have to send a message and they will get back to you. They never get back. I also went into the store to get the number to corporate . The young lady at the desk had an attitude, and was popping gum while she was getting the information for me. She never asked me if there was something she could help me with or if there was s

      We purchased an extended warranty on our family room furniture purchased in 2019. When our recliner stopped working we called in December 2021 to obtain service. The next available visit was for January 27, 2022. Service visit went fine, need to order a mechanism for the recliner. Fast forward to June 2022, no part 6 calls to Regency they say call customer service, customer service says to cal the store. So today I-receive a call from the store while my husband is on hold with customer service. The kind woman states that the part we were told in January would take 4-6 weeks is now coming on a slow boat from china!!! Who knows when it will arrive. I addition when I advise the problem is becoming worse, she laughs and says why would you use the furniture if it’s broken???? Because it’s the only furniture I have! No spare chair laying around while we wait 5 month for someone to tell us they have no idea when it can or will be fixed. The Issue is STILL UNRESOLVED!
