  Attached in this email, you will find a pictures of all sides of that unfortunate fence that point and focus on all defects that have been transparent to the naked eye.It has been the most frustrating experience dealing with a large reputable company such as long fence with the least experience ever been that will lead your company to send same people without any knowledge or experience in that field, which will lead me to ask for their A- license contractors and a proof of all insurance and licensures to proof major point of your companys lack of experience.Relying on non- licensed / experienced people, will be subject of discussion with any legal procedures that will take a place in this matter.Thus, this will be my final email with the following requirements:1- This fence has been played with multi times, and so , any repairs have to be with a brand new panels , gates or all and to be installed properly by an approved licensed contractor and for this license and bond to be presented at my house prior to any installation.2- A minimum of 50% discount or TBD, as a pain and suffering for all that time since November ******- An apology email from your main company CEO or CFO if- applicable, and to be written with subject line of defective fence and wrong installation 4- In case of the inability to perform such a conditional repairs, and in case of the inability to comply with the *** rules, so, consider this message to be the last chance given to your company, which gives me and my family and any legal representative to proceed with all legal actions to include but not limited to, a compensation for pain and suffering , and compensation for repairs to my home- land damages , and for all legal fees acquired by the court of law.I have reached the level of zero tolerance and for that , Im not going to authorize any payment to your company until such a complicated dispute to be resolved with above conditions.

  This dude ***, is so condescending and talks to you like your stupid even when its the companys fault. I have a project and he straight out lied to me. ***. They even put down the wrong colors on my project. Of course thats my fault to. The guy who did the estimate was cool but naive. I have been waiting a week for my project to be done. This, ***. Has lied to me multiple times. *** is literally a real a****** Never takes accountability for anything. This ************************* is a **** but should be burned for ignorance. I have pictures of the project and this *** will not give me his supervisor number. I give 5 neagstive stars.

  They are horrible. They do great work actually from what I can see. But they didn't uphold there word on when my project would start. And they referred my loan to a party that charges 2% interest DAILY. I have a 10k loan. Been paying for over a year and my balance us 10, 217.00. I'm on disability, thus is ridiculous. Should've read the contract overall but they shouldn't conduct business like this. ?? Do not recommend at all unless you have the total cash payment in hand to give.

  Barb P. Dated April 23, 2023 As with just about 90% of companys consumer goods have become being built with less quality material & customer service has fallen to the waist side.. The one company that is still in my opinion in the top 10% is LONG FENCE…. From my salesman Jeff, to the install team, to the most important person of this company is their customer service person Cinde Thornton.. I had a chain link 6’ privacy fence installed, along with 2 sets of 6’ privacy drive gates, a 3’ single 6’ privacy gate & a 4’ section of privacy fencing with a gate around my trash bin & AC unit…. The quality in their material is top rated which is rare to find anymore.. No company is perfect no matter what your buying or what your having installed…. Where a company shines is how they handle the problems when they do arise…. This is where Cinde comes into play…. Without her knowledge & preparation that goes into her every day of work I probably would have had a few more problems then needed to be.. She is prompt to respond to any messages with return calls & handles herself in a professional yet friendly manner…. Cinde most certainly made the entire process run smoothly from scheduling the installers & keeping me posted as the few problems the did arise where handle through her office.. I had Long Fence install my wood privacy fence around 3 sides of my property which lasted 23yrs & when it was time to replace a few of sections I knew I would be using them again…. I’ve had many complaints about the new areas installed & always recommend if they need any fencing to call Long Fence…

  Your location Long Fence 8545 Edgeworth Dr, Capitol Heights, MD 20743 Fence contractor I purchased a brand new full deck from Long Fence. After only two years, the nails started popping up and the wood started separating from it's base. Now, the floor board is curling. When I called Long Fence about the nails, they told me to hammer them myself. Hammering won't fix this problem. I used Long Fence because I was told that they were a reputable company and I was told that there was a 25 year warranty on my deck...I am still paying for this deck and they want me to pay for them to come out and fix it. I have learned my lesson from Long Fence and it is an expensive one. I will never use their services again or recommend, unless they make this right.

  The Long Fence team of professional fence installers arrived early and ready to work. I appreciated it very much and despite the rain they were confident that the job could be completed. Their precision and efficiency allowed the job to be completed without any difficulties. I just love the way my fence looks with the privacy and security it brings. Cinde was outstanding. She communicated with me through the entire process. Her kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service made the fence installation a joy. Eddie the crew chief was exceptional and his team was outstanding. I appreciated him conversing with me about my fence layout. I would highly recommend Long Fence to everyone.

  The team of professional fence installers arrived early and ready to work. I appreciated it very much and despite the rain they were confident that the job could be completed. Their precision and efficiency allowed the job to be completed without any difficulties. I just love the way my fence looks with the privacy and security it brings. Cinde was a joy to converse with. She clarified and laid to rest any of my concerns. Her professional customer service and attention to detail was phenomenal.   Use someone else! I had an experience, Talked down to after signing agreement. Lied to, Got in touch with Mike R. Jr. He was straight to the point and could care less never apologized once. He thought it looked nice, by a picture, where you couldn't see defects and damage. They use subcontractors which you pay more for. Mike P. told me all companies do... Not! I wanted to talk to Mike P supervisor and got Jeff he told me he wasn't his supervisor and when I had a complaint he lied and said well I've been here longer then him so yes I am his supervisor, no your not! Bad experience all around and pricey. Read reviews and hire your own private contractors.

  We signed a contract with Long Fence in May to install a deck for us; the time given to start the project was 10-12 weeks and 10-12 day project completion from when we signed the contract. Well, the project didn't start until weeks after the timeframe given, and it is still going on four weeks so far when we were given a 2-week timetable at most. The project started horribly; the plans that were drawn up conflicted with each other. The installers initially tore up my yard because the one site plan was inverted and in conflict with another site plan. We had to go out and stop them because they were not doing it correctly. We have had installers come out and barely work a few hours and then don't come back for days and work that failed inspections. The assigning of contractors to work on this project has been horrible because there is a 2-week gap between when the main work is done to when the final electrical work is done. How was this not scheduled in a manner that wouldn't leave weeks-long gaps in the project? The communication with Long Fence has been horrible, we would call and ask about the status of the project, and it's supposed to be nearing the end of the project, and we are told that it should only be two more weeks total. Then to be notified by Long Fence that, oh, we don't have the electrical work scheduled for another two weeks. The lies abound with them; we would call and be transferred to the person we needed to talk to, only to be told by the person that we needed to be transferred to someone else. Then the same person we needed to talk to called back and gave us an update. Communication with this company is horrible, and the contractors they hire to complete projects are subpar. In the beginning, they are attentive and very considerate. However, once they receive your money, they will become distant and ignore the needs and deadlines of your project. After spending considerable money with Long Fence, we will NEVER use this company again.
