      No customer care, just deceit and apathy from this company. Simple job took 3 months to get started. Then what was to be a 2 to 3 day installation, took nearly 10 weeks for a grand total of 5 months. During that time no contact from them unless we called asking for a status, then we were told nothing but lies. Use any company other than Long Fence for your deck or fence.

      Had a vinyl fence installed 5 years ago and needed a portion removed and replaced. Sales person came out fairly quickly but we waited four weeks to get a quote. At which point we received an email that simply said "we cannot quote this job." How can a company that installed the fence not quote the job? I called and left voicemails for both the sales person and the manager and never received a call back. This company is absolutely horrible.

      It was a terrible experience. They never returned phone calls, scheduled and did not show up, then showed up for two hours. This went on for weeks. The office was not involved, did not return phone calls. The subcontractor told us that we had to do all scheduling through him. So, we would call him and wake him up in the morning and ask if he was coming. Sometimes he said he was, then 4 hours later, we called him back and he said he wasn't. They did not complete the job, they installed doors backwards, had less than a full crew, and exhibited poor craftsmanship. At the end, when the work was not complete, they insisted that I sign the completed work sheet and would not leave the property until I did. I should have called the police.

      Got a new security/privacy fence installed 3 months ago, and it has now fallen apart twice. I spent several thousand dollars and lots of hours in hell chasing this company down to repair it, and waiting for a call back "at my convenience", according to a staff member's voice recording. If you don't answer the phone on demand, you play the game all over again, which can go on for days. - So make sure you're on high phone ringing alert even while driving, eating, using the restroom and watching the kids, if you want to accomplish a simple 2 minute with this unworthy company. Horrible company and a personal embarrassment that I paid thousands for their trash - in more ways than one.

      Ordered a fence and gave a deposit on Jan 18th 2022 and no work has been done. Left several messages with Long Fence for Baltimore City and no return calls. I want the project canceled and deposit returned.

      Would Be nice if someone would call me back or come fix my fence that was installed in the wrong spot 3 weeks ago. Have left message after message , and when someone Does call me back, they promise to show up and never do. If you want, you can come pick up it all up, and I will have someone else install it. I signed a contract in February, and still don't have my fence. Was promised LAST Friday may 6th that it would be taken care of and completed May 9th. It's the 13th and STILL no one came or called. Have spoken to Donna David multiple times, and she has been very friendly and understanding. Have spoken to Walter twice. The 1st time, he was sympathetic to the issue and would get an inspector out right away. Called him again 5 days later and he seemed shocked no one had contacted me yet, and assured me it would be taken care of asap! That's the last I have heard for a week. The installers left lunch trash all over my yard, left sharp metal in my gravel driveway. When I pointed out it was wrong (in April) the Wednesday they installed it, they said they would be back Saturday to fix it. No call no show. Had to cancel a tree removal and driveway install because of their mistake. Can't use my shed, because I have No gates, even though 2 were contracted for. The posts also move quite a bit. I just want what I contracted for. I also have all the supplies needed to complete the fence just laying around in my backyard. Either fix my fence, or come take it put and repair the holes.
