    On the following dates 5/22, 5/29, 6/12, 6/26, 7/31, 8/28, and 8/04 of 2022 7BucksAPop LLC/Mystery Grail sent me undervalued items. Their policy states that you will receive an item or items valued between at least $10 - $15 or greater in value, while I actually received items valued far lower than that. I filed charge backs with my payment provider against them just to have them re-charge me for the items. Apparently all the seller has to do is state that the items were sent and received, but not be held accountable for or provide explanation and proof of the undervalued items sent. I am seeking a refund in the amount of $266.00, which includes shipping for the items received. I am more than willing to return these items back to them for payment in the amount I'm seeking. I have since stopped giving them my business and strongly recommend that no one does because they are committing fraud and are a scam.

    Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/28) */ This particular customer has left us negative reviews online before, but for some reason continued to buy from us for several months afterward. He is clearly misinterpreting the verbiage on our website explaining the odds. It doesn't state anywhere that you will receive an item that is $10-$15 or greater; in fact, it states the opposite: "To be clear, you are taking a risk and there's a very real chance that you won't get a Pop that is worth what you spent. You may get a $7 Pop and you may get a $500 Pop; it all comes down to luck of the draw. This is why we've figured out other ways to add value (see above) in order to soften the blow if you do get a whammy." That is copy/pasted from our site on the page explaining what is in a Mystery Grail box and has not been edited in over a year. However, he was clearly upset, and we offered a refund despite it going against our standard policy. A few days after we offered the refund, the customer filed a series of chargebacks against us- 7 in total. At that point, there's no money to refund because it's being held by the bank while they conduct their investigation. If the customer really wanted a refund, he should've accepted our offer of one instead of filing all of the chargebacks.

    The business 7BucksAPop LLC has used my telephone number listed as their own. They have no rights to this number. I have held this number for over 15 years. I would like them to remove the number from their website and contact information. As well as refrain from using the number in any capacity. People are continuously calling me thinking that they are calling this business.

    Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/06/16) */ We were not aware of this, but apparently someone that's not part of our company entered this person's phone number as our own on our BBB page (which explains why he's been getting spam calls). We actually don't even offer telephone support, so no phone number should be listed on our account. We've never had a number listed on our website or on Google, so we're not sure how this number got on our BBB page. We've requested that the BBB remove the number from our page. We've also reached out to the complainant to let him know that we're working to get his number taken down wherever it has been posted. This is a very strange situation and we understand why he's frustrated by it. We'll do everything we can to help him out.
