    We booked Forever Yours Photography, LLC, First in January were I sent her $500, before a written or signed contract, before she made a contract. Sent her Our information multiple times about the Wedding, Me and my fiancé’s emails, numbers. We sent over the money because she said she would have the contract written that night and then I contacted her again in March 8th of 23 to explain to her my mother would be HELPING with payments not paying fully, the next day March 9th of 2023 she Messaged me again about our Package/ information.. two months after I sent her the $500 and was supposed to have the contract, I never received or signed contract with this company. And Money was also sent again by my mother on March 9th, Which I also still didn’t see or sign a contract.

    ****** **** is the person who booked me this is the 1st time even speaking to *** ******. ****** booked me she put down $500 deposit which is non refundable when booking my company. At that time she only has the date no other information. She wanted to do the payment plan which at that time she paused it because they could not do the payments. She asked for a refund which I told her she wouldn’t get anything back because the $500 was non refundable & that Inwould just hold til they were ready to pick up the payments so they wouldn’t lose the $500 non refundable fee which I didn’t have to do. Months went by ****** messaged. me about her mother taking over payment which was fine. Her mom paid $250. They then deceided they wanted to cancel. Balance due was $250 because the $500 was on refundable which they are not happy about apparently but it’s in the contract if you cancel you get everything back but the non refundable fee which I have repaid back to ******s mother. Also bashing my name on fb. I paid the refund immediately due to cancelling. They have their friends messaging me. This has gotten out of control I have done my part as a business owner. Even tried to squash this with a clean slate & still offered them to do their wedding after the chaos.

      The contract was never signed or typed until months after receiving the down payment. And the contract might Of been in her name but at the bottom it has both names mine and hers also her name is ****** not ******

    either way there was never a signed contract and you waited months to send out contract 

    so I guess since your so poor and can’t send back $500 then we will see what the judge says

    Forever Yours Photography Hate to do this but I have no other options. Reaching out here to get a reply for money that Ms. ***** owes us for reimbursement of cancellation of wedding package. We cancelled in January and per Ms. *****'s contract thru Forever Yours Photography, it states she will reimburse within 120 days. I've managed to receive $500 back out of the $1600 owed. I've given Ms. ***** ample time to reimburse the money. I've kept all emails and have sent multiple requests for money reimbursement with NO reply. Yet, I see Ms. ***** is quite enjoying herself on many vacations, gatherings, and buying more equipment with customers money for her business but cannot pay us back. This is a poorly run business and I do not recommend her to anyone in the future. I'm giving Ms. ***** 3 days to reimburse the money owed or I will place a lien against her properties. Thank you!
