            I have contacted ********************************************* verbally, over the phone, via certified letter and email to cancel my membership. 9 months ago I started contacting EFC tuition directly. They said they'd just need proof so I sent them a copy of the email. Then said it'd be no problem. I called them the subsequent 3 months later and they have never followed through. This is a company scamming martial arts studios. I even changed card numbers and they still found a way to charge me. So now they're blocked and fraudulent, but I still get texts that I owe them money.. bad bad bad bad business.

            The earlier review is 100% accurate. My daughter is taking the summer off from taekwondo, and I have been continuously charged no matter how many times I call or email. Customer service is incredibly rude and won’t believe me. They said they need to call the school, despite the admin telling me multiple times she’s written to them. I will likely need to close my credit card and dispute the charges to get this company to stop charging me.
