      I paid for an annual profile on The Bash. After ~10months, I realized I wasnt using it to I went to cancel it so I wouldnt be charged for another whole year. 1) There is no place on the website where I can cancel my own account 2) Ive gone back and forth now 4x with a customer service *** who continues to try to get me to keep my profile up rather than honoring my request to cancel my account. Making it this hard to cancel a subscription should be illegal. I would t recommend this site to anyone.

      I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the predatory business practices of your company, which I find to be both unethical and potentially bordering on illegal.Firstly, there is no notification provided to customers with the exact date as to when their contracts are due for renewal. This places the entire burden on the customer to remember the exact renewal date. What is most troubling, however, is the absence of a straightforward method to cancel the contract through your website. Instead, customers are required to send an email to your support team to initiate cancellation. In my case, it took three emails and five days before I received a response. When support finally did respond, I was informed that a five-business-day notice is required to cancel the contract. I find this practice to be highly unethical, especially when compared to the ease of canceling services such as cable, phone, and other similar contracts, which can typically be done within minutes online or via a representative.After numerous exchanges with a representative named *************************, I have yet to receive written confirmation that my contract has been terminated. While there is significant pressure during the contract signing process, it seems that support becomes unresponsive when a customer wishes to cancel, and my representative appears to have disappeared.Furthermore, I strongly believe that the return on investment is far below what was promised by your sales team. I have read numerous reports of false leads and of people filing formal complaints with the ************************* This discrepancy, combined with the aforementioned issues, leads me to conclude that your business practices are, at best, shady and, at worst, unethical.I urge you and ************************* to immediately address these concerns promptly and provide a written confirmation of my contract's termination.Thank you.

      This company will drive newer business to the ground. Cant wait for a class-action. I secretly had somebody do another on board call from a different area. They Skewed the numbers to make it seem as if youre In high demand. When the select five that are at the very top are the only ones taking all the business. The truth of the matter is They Skew numbers To fit their agenda. I realize days after and requested to not be a part of this company. They then Told me theyll still charge me. I change my banking information, my account information and somehow I got charged today. Months after thinking, ** finally done with them. How in the world did they get my banking information? They should be ashamed of themselves. I just wish that I Went on BBB before contacting them.

      They dont even deserve one star. The knot/ Wedding Wire are probably one of the most insufferable and dishonest companies I have ever worked with. I am a vendor and they showed zero mercy toward an issue that we raised with them, we are disgusted at how they treated us as vendors! If it wasnt for vendors, they wouldnt be able to exist, Im pretty sure they also use fake leads to send to vendors and then when we complained that we didnt get what we paid for, I had the phone slammed down on me and was discriminated against for having personal convictions about the services I can and cannot offer. DO NOT give this greedy, woke and disparaging company A ***** of your hard-earned money and clients look for local vendors in your area to support small businesses, this company is unethical and they do not deserve the attention they have, STAY AWAY!

      I've been on the Knot for about 11 years and they get more expensive and more liberal by the year. I'm now being kicked off the platform (even though I pay $507 per month) because they don't like that I pick and choose which customers I'll ******* based on my religious and moral beliefs. Apparently THEY can pick and choose who is on their platform (i.e. they choose their customers), but YOU have to run your business according to THEIR rules...so it's 100% a double standard. They discrimated against me and my business based on our religion and our obligations to follow our religion in our business and personal lives (it's not something we can set aside under any circumstances). Someone (who wasn't even my customer!) wrote a negative review. I challenged it and it should've been removed based on their review policy, but instead of addressing the actual review, they simply ignored the review and decided to kick me off the platform completely if I would not ******* every human being that requests *******s regardless of my beliefs. It's reverse discrimination based on religion, which is unethical no matter how you slice it. It wasn't like this years ago on the Knotbut it has really gotten BAD. I've had other bad experiences with them over the years such as major technical problems with their messaging system, which took them months to fix. In the meantime, I had to pay full price even though I was losing potential customers because the website wasn't functioning properly. They ignored my concerns about paying for something that wasn't working correctly. They do NOT care about their customers. If you're a business- they just take your money and tell YOU how it's gonna be. You have no rights on this platform. Conform or be exterminated. Goodbye ?? to the Knot and WeddingWire. I won't miss paying you $507 per month to support your horrible business. I will start telling everyone to stay off this platform going forward. I used to promote it...not anymore.

      This has been the worst experience we have had as a small business with a generic company. We were told a lot of things from how many leads we would get to how many bookings we could expect. Long story short. The leads are mostly bogus or generic and not targeted at all. We realized about 6 weeks into the process that this was a bad fit. We have asked to get out of their one year contract because we feel we were lied to about what to expect and then wasted our time with the bad leads we were sent. Many asking for a venue to accommodate more then 50 people which is our capacity. I have reached out to my representative on several occasions only to be told there is no way to cancel the contract. We feel completely scammed by an organization that only cares about the monthly payment they get from their clients. Do not do business with WeddingPro.

      I have been the victim of the scam perpetrated by this company. I have been receiving fake leads that have resulted in zero ROI. I have alerted my bank to this company's awful business practices and their formulation of fake leads. I have emails and images of the fake leads as proof, tons of which were leads from different countries: *********, ***********, *****, when I am based out of the ***!!!!!! This is a WASTE of money, and no money provided to this company provided me the results they promised! Their contract is NOT a contract that protects them from fraud. I wasnt given time to read the contract, and was forced to sign a contract OVER THE ****** My signature is a scribble as I was so caught off guard by their awful sales tactics. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE UPHELD IN COURT!!!! It is perplexing to know the truth behind this business. I look forward to participating in a class action lawsuit against this company and seeing it shut down.

      Absolute frauds! They will charge you for the most expensive room when you call even though their listing rooms that are significantly cheaper. They also then haggle you about a refund and wait until you have to tell them you'll be reporting them before they do anything. They refunded the purchase of the hotel room as a credit instead of full refund. After numerous calls and emails, I was refunded only the amount minus some cancellation protection that I wasn't even notified I would be billed for! STAY AWAY!!!!

      Stay so far away from giving them your money! I am a locally owned and operated wedding planning business and I have experienced nothing but a loss since working with them. The leads that I had received until a few months ago (when I started declining every single lead possible through there because I can't do it anymore and want my account cancelled!!) weren't solid and I have been forced to close my business for many reasons, one being that I cannot afford to keep up with the marketing and social outreach. I have learned the hard way that the best form of marketing is word-of-mouth! I have been emailing my "account manager" multiple times with no response, even though I replied to her original email within an hour. When I try calling my account manager's number, it says "User Busy" and the call ends immediately, so I can't even leave a message. I tried emailing her again but I also have talked on the phone with the main WeddingPro customer service line and they have been as helpful as they can be, but there is only so much that they can do. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!! Do not give them your business! Do NOT sign a contract through them!

      I just sign with then 2 days ago I have been putting every free time I have to have my page ready and I dont see a way to finish this I ask some other djs on the website and they told me is better to cancel I call them and they refuse to refund me i think I have the right to ask for a refund
