  I have been with the ******* **** and knott for 5 months . I have not received 1 client from them . They told me I would be making 8000 a month. 5 months later NOTHING . I have heard they are referred as the Mafia. I have had better luck with my business with ****** ads and advertising on my own. RUN, HANG UP ON THEM DONT FALL FOR IT.

  The Knot is a scam. Theyre using marketing and harassment tactics to keep me and other photographers and videographers paying a ton of money only to get fake profiles to message them. They have stole money from my small business as well as others, to keep theirs up. They will not let me or any others out of any contract after they LIE and manipulate you into signing with them. If you want to support a photographer or videographer, please DO NOT USE THE KNOT.

  This company is beyond words a big scam! I signed up back in September not realizing it was 12 month contract. They promises me client’s but each potential client that comes to you are all scams. My 1st client I had ended up being a fraud & sent me a fake check trying to hack into my bank account. I called the WeddingPro company on who I got this client from. They said that this person has nothing to do with them as a company. I found out this client I had was a scam & fraud when I traveled 2 hours from my home to check out a potential wedding venue. The lady their who showed me the wedding venue informed me that she got reached out to another wedding planner company who she thinks has the same client as me. Cause they where looking for the same date. After the tour I went home and called the other wedding company to see if we might have accidentally got the same client. After talking with them on the phone. We both got the same exact client and we both got this person through WeddingPro (or the-knot-world wide). The fact that we both got the same person at the same time. Just shows me that this company is not being honest with me or others. For a company that is “to be so big,” should have more safety measures to keep these small business safe from frauds or scammers. They just want your money. I beg you, don’t do the same thing I did with signing a contract with this company. They are wrong! And don’t want what’s best for you or your small business! They are very selfish.

  Worthless advertisement venue. All leads are worded the same as if they are from members of the agency itself. They force you into a year-long contract that produces zero income and will not cancel the contract.

  Weddingwire has been the absolute WORST form of advertising that exists. 95% of their leads are fake bots, not real potential clients. When I called them to express my concerns, they completely dismissed me. I would NOT advertise with this company ever again. They are a total SCAM!

  This was worst investment I did for my business. When I spoke with the sales rep. I was very concerned about my Medical Spa wasn't a good fit for the website as it is geared towards services to get you wedding ready. I do not offer makeup or hair services. They assured me in the first 3 months I would generate a positive ROI to pay for the $3300 investment. It has been 1 year and a few phone calls later with my "coach/rep" which was in my opinion lip service. I kept expressing concern that I never got a return on investment and leads were not quality or even for what I offered... I followed their recommendations on sending an email and maybe they will booking a treatment at a later date. It never happened. If you choose to use this company make sure that it is for your services offered specifically in the recommended categories. Otherwise you will be stuck in a 1 year contract that will be a waste of time and resources.

  When inquiring I was told I could cancel at anytime if we decided we no longer wanted to photograph weddings. Two or three months later we decided to close that door and just focus on family photography. I reached out to cancel and they said I couldn’t. Even though my Facebook hasn’t had a post since August of 2021 and my Instagram is filled with old images, they refuse to accept my request to cancel my account. Since May I’ve only received 7 inquiries and a couple of those are bots or something. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THE Knot, wedding wire, the wedding pro!!!

  FAKE LEADS - Signed up The Knot Worldwide, Inc. in 2021 to advertise our wedding video company. We were sent multiple FAKE LEADS which was a huge waste of time/money. Contacted customer service to resolve matter. We requested our money back and to cancel service. The Account manager would not honor either request. We were harassed with multiple phone calls and emails and resorted to us blocking their phone numbers and emails. We were then sent a collections bill for $618.33 and are now going through legal council to resolve this matter. DON'T WASTE YOUR $. This is a Parasitical organization which profits from hardworking folks who are bombarded with Google ads, tricking folks into believing that they are working with a legit company. I wish I would have checked with the BBB and seen all of these reviews that are the same as what happened to me. Lesson learned. Thank you BBB.

  Where do I begin? I really thought this company would be great with all their promises of getting me tons of business. However, every lead I have followed has been a dead end and FAKE. I am 1000's of dollars in at this point and a small business owner. What kind of company scams people like this??? I have called every lead, texted, emailed, etc, and not a single response. I believe I've gotten about 50-ish leads in the last 5 months. This is insane. But using FB I have gotten tons of business, but none of the names match the names from this website. All I'm doing is giving away my money.

  The Knot is a SCAM do not advertise with them! My business is located in Los Angeles, CA., obviously a major metropolitan area with nearly 55,000 weddings per year! I paid $5,400.00 for one year of advertising and received ZERO qualified leads! An absolutely IMPOSSIBLE feat given the volume of searches in the area. I did receive many dead leads, fake leads and spam leads. Leads asking about services I don't offer, leads requesting items for the same date as the event. When responding via email or telephone the individual had no idea why I was calling and stated they had never signed up for The Knot. *This same story has been told by hundreds of other advertisers on this website as well as any google search* The Knot refused to cancel and/or refund me a dollar. In fact, they are such scumbags, that during the pandemic, a global shutdown where no wedding could even take place they did not suspend the account, refund, extend or offer any help or assistance in any way! They are most definitely sending bots to spam email and create fake leads for advertisers. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THEM - I BEG YOU - YOU WILL BE SORRY - JUST LIKE THE REST
