      I ordered for tiles to be placed in my bathroom because I already had a plastic. They brought in plastic and pressured me to issue the loan company which I did. They now have $15,000. After realizing I was deceived, I tried to resolve the issue but to no avail, they refuse to be responsive and told me to do my worst when i told them I'll file a claim if they don't attend to me. This case has been since June, Though the contract was since February 2023. They kept telling me I couldn't cancel because it was more than a week and kept delaying me until I told them, the loan company had sent a time frame to disburse the funds. They have dismantled my bathroom, and nothing has been done. I am unable to sleep in the room because I'm inhaling bad gas from the toilet, and I expressed my concern to them as well but no resolution. I've made complaint to the MHIC but there's been no resolution till today. Please advise. Thank you.

      4/15/23 we signed agreement for them to do our roof; salesman talked us into gutters as well (only to help renavigate the water so we don't get water in the basement which we were having a little when it rained). I was reluctant, but he convinced me by throwing in 1 window free. Upon the completion we told them they installed the gutters wrong and they directed the water to now run exactly where we didnt want it; she told me Jake would be in touch to come out. 5/30 Jake finally came out and said they would have tare all down and re-do it to have it ran as we wanted; however he talked me into allowing him to order an extension and come out to install and see if that helps with the water n basement. He never came back out and never answered his phone after that. 6/22 I tried to call again but got machine they were closed from a fire. I left a detailed message that I want a partial refund for not finishing the job and for all the materials I was charged to do the gutters the right way but since they shortened the gutters by not running them to the back of house so I shouldnt of been charged the same and again they didnt redo the gutters, they didnt install an extension, they didnt install a window and we now get 3x the amount of water in basement which only reason said yes to gutters was prevent basement water damage. Now we are stuck with this $5,397 loan to pay off and out of pocket costs to try and stop water n basement.

      On Dec 13, 2022 we signed a contract to have a shower remodeled at a cost of $11,000, we gave them a deposit of $3500 at time of signing. On Jan 23, 2023 we made a second payment in the amount of $3500 to order the materials. Finally, after months of waiting the work started on June 12, 2023 and when they left on June 15th, they had a list of missing parts and I was told they would return to complete the job. It is now Oct 16, 2023 and no one has returned to complete the job and the phone number is now "out of order". To make matters worse, a piece of jewelry valued at $1100.00 went missing while the workers were on site and I reported that to the management and never heard back.

      Was supposed to have 2 windows installed. Put a total deposit of $1094 down got a message in June stating the would call windows were in. Called in july to message that there was a fire at the warehouse and that the would return calls . When I called the Md number it was disconnected. Other local number no return calls to messages left.

      they promise to send out someone to get the exact measurement for installment that never happen I live in a mobile home if you only have one measurement that was taking when the salesman was here than that was probably wrong my home is uneven and when my glass doors came the men had a hard time putting it in I was shock when they could get the door to close the one man took a crowbar to adjust getting the door to close I called the Company to explain I just wanted somone to come out to examine my door I have keys to the screen door that I can't get to work

      Signed a contract on July 14, 2022, for the installation of 5 windows, total cost of $5580.00. Windows were installed in November of 2022. When we tried to open the 5 windows in May of 2023, 4 of them opened correctly, but one was defective, and we reported this to Elite. Two of their workers came to our house in May, examined the defective window, and agreed to replace it. We have tried to reach someone at Elite to find out when they will replace the window. left a bunch of messages on their answering machine, but no one will return our calls. Sincerely, ***** *******

      Contracted April 4th 2023 to install four doors at my residence in PA. Have not heard from them since then. Please help either complete the job or a full refund $ 4188.00. Phone number does not work. Emails go unanswered. There is no way to contact them for info. Ref# *********506

      We had elite remodeling come out and do new siding and windows on our house. We paid over $21,000. They harassed us to confirm payment as soon as the workers left our house. They said the project could take 2 weeks, it took one day… A foreman was supposed to do a walk thru with us, but I had to ask for that before I confirmed payment. We wrote a list of things that still needed to be done, he signed. The day the work was done I noticed nails/ screws in my driveway. 2 hrs later I had an over flowing plate full of nails, screws, trash, a RAZOR BLADE, etc. that I removed from my driveways and grass. They said sorry, but never came out to check for more. My son got 2 nails in his tire afterwards. We needed to replace his tire. The random things were fixed MONTHS later. While we were waiting for them to return we noticed our gutters over flow and pour water everywhere with their new gutter guards installed. They came back a couple times to fix it, but they still leak in different areas now. We had one of our new windows split straight across from what we believe to be cold weather in December. So it’s either a defective window or installed poorly. It cost over $900. I contacted them in early January about that. They owe us a screen that never came in. I can see where caulk is separating on some of the windows outside. They damaged a trim piece around a window while working on the gutters, it’s completely dented. I can keep going. They show up unannounced weeks to months after u talk to them. They had a fire in June and have not returned calls since. I’ve left messages, emailed pictures, their phone seems to be disconnected now, website is down. I am going to have to hire a lawyer. The window and other things need to be fixed. I have videos of the water pouring out of our gutters in different places as well, it won’t let me upload them.

      I signed a contract to have 7 windows and molding replaced on April 4, 2023. I paid the $2755.00 deposit and got a loan for $2755.00. Elite Remodeling was supposed to replace my windows beginning the first week of June. They sent me a message saying the windows were delayed but installation would start in July. I never heard back. I started calling and leaving messages in August due tot he contract close date being the first week of august with no communication. I emailed and called continuously but no response. Now the phones are discontented and the website it down.

      The transaction took place on 5/31/23 when Jake ******** came to my home as a sales representative for Elite Remodeling. On that date, we signed a contract to have the company complete a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. The agreed upon start date was on August 10th. On the date the contract was signed, the sales representative told us we could obtain a loan that their company works with. We gave him our information and we were approved by ******** **** *********. The following day we received a text message from the loan company requesting a consumer deposit/initial charge of $4,280.00. I approved having the funds released to Elite as the initial down payment. The expectation we had was to have Elite start our project in August. On 6/29/23 I received a message from a person named Maria informing that I was support to have a 2nd payment released to them in the amount of $4,000 due to measurements being taken when Jake and an installer came to my home on 6/22. She also said that failure to release the funds could cause a delay in the start of my project. At that time, Elite has already been given $8,280.00 from the loan company. I asked when we could expect to have the project begin and that is when they stopped communicating consistently and I told be Jake, the sales rep. that he didn't schedule the installation dates. On 7/21 after contacting sales rep. I became very angry because no one from the company would give us any updates. I received a text that was meant for an office employee that said, "I have now blocked her from my phone. She will keep calling without a call". I responded and told him I was aware that I had been blocked from communicating with them. They have NOT called or communicated since 7/21. As of 9/17, there has been NO work done to my bathroom. They have NOT worked to resolve this issue. I would like Elite to refund the funds they received from the lender. I would like to be released from any financial responsibility to Elite or lender
