    Bally Bet has a history of not processing withdrawals in a timely manner when you win a large sum of money. All withdrawals processed in 2-3 hours. I have now requested a $700 withdrawal that suddenly cannot be processed and is experiencing delays. Why does Bally Bet not pay their customers appropriately and why are they not held responsible by MA ****************** This is a regulated industry and Bally Bet openly breaks all of the rules.

    I have been owed $69.75 for 18 days. Their website says that I should have been paid within 24 hours using ***** It says that the longest any payment system should take is up to 5 days. The only customer service the ************************* app has to help rectify this situation is through their support chat, which is text only in a "chatbox", and provides no helpful information. They claim to not be able to provide you with an accurate reason for why you haven't been paid. As far as when you'll be paid, the only estimates they give are wide ranging, and vary wildly depending on which agent you "chat" with. After 18 days, I have yet to speak to anyone over the phone, or speak to any type of management. There are many reports online of other customers experiencing similliar issues.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding what I believe to be fraudulent practices by Ballys Sport concerning the season pass I purchased in October 2023. The pass was intended to cover the entire ********* *** season for the ***************** and **************However, prior to the conclusion of the season, I was compelled to purchase an additional package on April 14, 2024, to continue watching the remaining games, despite the season not having ended. This additional purchase was required with only two games left in the season.Furthermore, I have recently been informed that Ballys Sport no longer supports the *************, necessitating yet another subscription purchase to continue viewing their games. When I sought to address this issue, Ballys Sport refused to allow me to speak with a manager and denied my request for a refund, even a prorated one, citing their 14-day refund policy.I find this situation unacceptable and believe it constitutes a breach of the original agreement and a deceptive business practice. I request a full investigation into this matter and a refund for the additional package I was forced to purchase.

    Signed up in April or May for Bally Sports for $19.99 a month to watch baseball. Very easy to sign in and start a subscription. Now I am trying to cancel the subscription and there is no option to do so. It's like that is not an option. This service is specifically not including cancelation information on their site so customers don't have that option. When I googled how to cancel a Ballys subscription, there are a few options that pop up that you can pay to cancel the subscription for you. Why do you need to go through a third party? Because Bally makes it so hard to cancel it has created a whole new industry to help people cancel the subscription. That should be illegal. They are purposely making it difficult so people will just give up and keep paying the subscription.

    I recently signed up for Bally sports *********. Started my subscription the end of July, Bally charged me $19.99 for the month august, they then charged me a second time on aug 2nd for $19.99, they have charged me 2 more months since then(one for September and one for October). I have talked to several customer service **** and sent copies of my pay pal payments. Still no results and they refuse to reimburse me for the extra month that they charged me for. I have got nothing but the run around from Bally Sports. Please let me know what I can do about this. Thank you, ******* ******, **********************************

    I purchased an annual subscription of $189.99 from Bally's in January of 2024. The specific package I ordered was for the ****************/ **********. On Thursday October 3, 2024, I received a 2 sentence email saying we no longer carry the ****************. I called to get a refund as the Florida Panther Package was exactly what I ordered and could no longer see. I didnt ask for a full refund, I asked for a refund of the balance of the year. On Monday October 7, I received an email denying that refund as 6 months elapsed since I purchased. Bally Sports canceled the reason I purchased the app then denies me a refund for cancellation of the team which is NO FAULT OF MINE.

    I signed up for a free trial with Bally Sports, I canceled the subscription as I hadn't nor will I use this app. I was sent a cancelation confirmation email.6 months later I realize I have been charged monthly ***** (even after changing my debit card, so I don't know how they were able to continue charging my account, but they did) When I access bally sports, it says it is not available in my area, and when I spoke with customer service, they first said "According to our records, no attempts have been made to terminate your account." - but then when I showed them the cancelation email, they say I was defaulted to another subscription that I never asked for, nor authorized. I never received payment confirmation emails throughout these 6 months. The free trial is a clear scam, and I want to get refunded, as well as make sure that they don't steal anyone else's money like this!

    Ballys sports advertises its ability to stream Tigers games. I bought the subscription for my dad for Fathers Day and he could only occasionally get games. Most were not available. He stopped using it altogether as a result and started listening on the radio. Bally refuses to refund for the cancelled subscription.

    I paid $106 to subscribe to watch the ****************** all season on Bally TV. Tonight there is a game and it's the second or third time that a game is not shown there. Bally says 'they can't guarantee that the games will be shown'. Even though this is a subscription specifically to watch THIS team. What a scam. $106 to possibly watch SOME games??

    Games available through our service are subject to broadcast on channels such as ***, ****, ********, and local affiliates. Scheduled games on channels other than our service are a team and league decision, not ours. Per our subscriber agreement, we do not guarantee any content due to the ever-changing nature of *** and its scheduling conflicts. Plese direct any complaints to *** and the ****** about getting all games available for local broadcast and digital streaming.

    You all are the 'exclusive' provider of these games.  You all should complain to the league or sports team,  not your viewers.  Why would you agree to contracts where you can show some games but not all,  or maybe none,  depending on what the league wants.

    Bally Sports continues charging for services canceled 3 months ago. They say they have no knowledge of that even though i have an email from them. Then they tell me to cancel in the same way i already canceled. I want 3 months of subscription fees back. There customer service is horrendous. They sent me an offer in July of 2024 that was good thru April of 2024. I ask how much for the reduced offer they never gave an answer. Not good.

    On 5/29/24, Mr. ******* emailed us his request to cancel, but did not confirm his information as part of our account verification process. This is to ensure we cancel the correct account. However, since Mr. ******* stated he only watches the NHL, we will refund the charges requested totaling $59.97.
