      I did a free trial subscription to the Bally streaming service and cancelled prior to the renewal period. Despite the subscription expiring on June 4th, I was charged for another month on June 5th . I have provided screenshots as proof of cancellation from both the Bally website and *****. Bally customer service confirmed there should be no fee. The subscription was through *****, but the money was sent via ******, so I sent screenshots of the ****** transaction information, including the transaction number, so that they can track the payment. I originally reached out for a refund on June 5th, the day I was charged, to get this resolved. It is now June 25th. I have sent 10 emails to support at this point. I’ve been bounced around to multiple people and been asked to provide the same information multiple times. I’ve also had an email completely ignored for more than two weeks, despite receiving the confirmation my message was received and would be responded to in 24 hours.

      Cancelled service. Received confirmation of success on my screen (which I thankfully screenshot for my records), they billed me anyway. I contacted them multiple times but they denied that I had cancelled so I had to cancel again to work around their system errors, then I shared the proof of prior cancellation but they did not refund the mis charge.

      Bally sports offered free 7day trial to rent app on line.on phone, which I did, gave them my bank account debit card number etc , they took the money out of my account but their app never provided the cavaliers game I was purchasing the app for, for they had removed from ******* who assume allows them to stream their product it never did, then I tried to cancel my account with bally and their path for cancelation does not work and I guess they'll be taking my money again next month and never providing the service or path foe cancelation

      Under the account tied to the email address *******************, Mr. ******** card was rejected by our billing system for insufficient funds. This is why they never received the subscription entitlements to watch the Cavs games. However, since Mr. ****** claims they did get charged, if he could provide the last 4 digits and exp. date of the card charged we can search for any additional accounts with that payment information.

      I purchased a one year subscription to bally sports+ on January 9, 2024 in order to watch St. Louis Cardinal spring training and regular season games. The app has never worked properly, even after numerous calls to Bally customer service, including not for the opening day game yesterday. I bought a one year subscription for $189.99 and given no performance of the app want the entire amount refunded to me.

      We cannot provide a refund to Mr. ********* due to the fact that her purchase was made through the ***** App Store billing system. ***** does not allow third parties access to their billing system to manage payments or refunds. Mr. ********* will need to contact *****.

      After numerous attempts, Bally Sports said they could not refund anything to me as that work had been outsourced to *****.  I contact them and they approved a prorated refund of $145 of the $190 saying they did not have the ability to retroactively get it all for me.  I am out of options and will look for a $145 credit in the future on my visa.

      I bought a year's subscription to Bally Sports Midwest in order to watch Cardinal Baseball games that the app supports. I am now finding that you can't watch Cardinal games with a subscription through just Bally's. You have to have Bally's as part of a cable package to be able to watch the games. This is just for the Cardinals and not the other teams it offers. I want my money back because I paid for a service that isn't being provided. They are unwilling to do so because it is outside of a timeframe window. Had I of known that I couldn't watch the Cardinals, I would not have purchased it, since that was my main reason for doing so.

      I subscribed to Bally Sports streaming service through ****** **** and canceled the service. They charged me for another month so I reached out for a refund and to ensure the service is canceled. Every time I email them they ask for new information to identify my account. I have reached out 4 times with a new request and am not making any progress. When I respond with the information they request the email is not acknowledged or replied to.

      Mr. ***** was informed that there was an active subscription tied to his email that was purchased through the website. The original subscription purchased through ****** **** on 4/9/23 was cancelled and has not been charged since. We have removed the subscription tied to his email and should not be charged in the future. We have processed a refund in the amount of $19.99 to Mr. *****.

      Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear back into customer's account based on their bank. We have processed the refund as shown in the attachment. We advise Mr. ***** to please check his account once more.

      My significant other and I share a Bally Sports account to watch our local games, which are exclusively broadcasted on the platform. In late 2023, the account stopped working due to technical errors on their part. The error in question was that my home zip code, which is used to determine the broadcasting market I am in, somehow changed from my home in Miami to New York. I was unable to access the platform altogether because of this. I attempted to change the zip code manually through the app and website, to no avail. Through messaging and email communications, my issue was never followed up on or resolved by their support team. While on the phone with their support team, they refuse, per their alleged policy, to not let customers speak to supervisors. My issues were never resolved, as each and every phone called would end with an abrupt hang up dial tone after being placed on hold for a few minutes. One support associate told me that my issue would be best resolved by cancelling my account and purchasing a new subscription on my own dime, without any credit or refund available, despite the issue being no fault of my own. I have purchased the streaming service for one purpose: to watch sports and other programming on the platform. My significant other and I have paid hundreds of dollars to Bally Sports and have not once come close to resolving the issue. This is a simple issue of Bally Sports and their parent companies not upholding their end of a contractual agreement to care and support

      I was offered a trial membership and entered the code that I was provided. Bally Sport proceeded to bill me. I have tried to communicate with them, but they loop the conversation do not assist. Additionally, their customer service number is disconnected.

      -Date of transaction = 11/02/2023 for $107.99 -Service = Bally Sports+ Ohio, Fall Season Pass -open Customer Service ticket# ******** started 01/23/2024 I paid for the above-mentioned streaming service to watch *** team ********* ********** games. To date their service has not worked for me. The app is downloadable on Xbox and on iPhone and neither have worked for me. After multiple times throughout the season trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own, I got fed up and used their Text service to get the issue resolved. The service rep had me go through multiple troubleshooting tricks and to no avail. I said that I want my money back then since their service does not work and I have not been able to watch a single game all season. I have talked to 3 different service reps and they all say they cannot refund me my money due to their no refund policy. I don't care if there is a no refund policy, I paid for a service and that service has not been provided to me. I want my money back!

      I signed up for a free trial of Bally Sports+ on November 1st, 2023. My free trial was to end on November 9, 2023. After that time I was logged out of the app on my television and had trouble logging in. I came to the conclusion it was because my free trial had ended. In reviewing my credit card statements on January 16, 2024, I discovered I have been charged $19.99 on November 16th, 2023; December 16, 2023; and January 16th, 2024. I immediately cancelled my subscription and then contacted customer service in the evening of January 16th to ask for a refund. I was told by the customer service representative to read their policy that they do not issue refunds. I am confident that if they are capable of viewing my account usage, they would see that I was not using let alone logged into my account during the timeframe I was being charged. I believe their free trial and logging me out of my account on my TV app was misleading and in bad faith. I would like a full refund of the three months of un-used service I was unknowingly charged. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service to make things right.
