            Starting on February 8th, 2023, I sent a deposit of $100.00 for a tattoo appointment for Saturday March 3rd, 2023. The appointment was confirmed however, the day of at 12:14am the artist (******) cancelled and ensured to reschedule by the closest Sunday or Monday evening. Since then no appointment has been rescheduled and no attempts on the businesses end have been made. After several attempts of reaching out to the business owner I either was ignored or lied to. I then requested a refund and she has completely become unresponsive but however is still responding to other clients. I no longer want to reschedule an appointment because this involves blood and needles and considering that, I no longer feel safe to allow her to do so. I would just like a refund of my deposit.

            On Feb. 7th, I reach out to ****** via ********* *** @*************** to inquire about a back tattoo I wanted to be done on my birthday February 14. We came to a price and I sent deposit of $50 via *******. During this convo, I conveyed that I would like to see the design before the appointment day. She did reach out to me when I dm her a day before the appointment. The morning of I checked with her an hour before the appointment to see if we were still on. Nothing. I get to her shop and I am calling the phone number listed in her email and nothing. No call, no show. I leave and an hour later I get a message that she overslept. Considering that she was out all night on her ********* story, I thought this was very unprofessional and asked for a refund. She agreed and told me she would send it shortly. Hours pass and I messaged I did not get it. She proceeds to tell me that her ******* account is down because of somebody else disputing her and to give her two days. I waited two days and she has now refusing to give me a refund due to her policy.
