      I ordered two items from this business and only received one. I have been emailing the company and trying to get a hold of someone on the phone; however, I haven’t received any response. I cannot leave a vm to request a call back either cuz their vm is full.

      On march 17 ,20024 I made a purchase for $280.49 . On march 18 2024 the website state order fulfilled. But on **** website it says label created but waiting for shipper. On march 26 2024 I called the customer service line over 10 times requesting a refund. No live person notified me nor through my email. My Order #**********.       I am rejecting this response because:
      I reached out after approximately 5 days inquiry about shipment. This company never allowed a live agent to handle my complaint I called over 15 times and sent several items which i promptly filed a claim with *********, also within those numerous calls I asked for a shipping label just in case it arrive in April since no one responded. My issue is shipment and customer service . They will NEVER get my money again.

      I purchased a chain and shortly after it broke. I contacted the company via email and phone numerous times without a response. The phone number transfers to a cell phone with a full mailbox. I finally got an email response with a return label. I sent the chain back with the label. According to the tracking the package was received by HipHop Bling over a week ago. I still have not received a refund or a return email in regards to my refund. I even tried calling today and still the mailbox is full. I would like my money refunded as soon as possible. Thanks.

      Purchased Domed 5 Row Eternity Band VS Diamond Ring 2.77cttw 14K Yellow Gold ring on 12/19/2023 for $2759.40. Order arrived on 12/21/2023. Initiated return for $2749.45 on 12/23/2023 on RMA #SBFNUNFF. Per **** tracking #**********************, item arrived at return facility on 1/20/2024. Item was not picked up by recipient until 1/26/2024. After multiple unsuccessful live chat outreach attempts on 1/26/2024, 1/30/2024, 2/1/2024, 2/3/2024, and 2/6/2024, I called the company’s 800# as posted on its website and was sent to a voicemail box that was full. Still no response from the business as of 2/7/2024.

      We issued a refund on February 12th.  We issued a refund even though it was past the 30 days, and the ring was worn and scratched and smelled like cologne.  We do not understand this complaint.  Customer rented the ring for free for a month.

Still no refund! That  was almost 14 days ago. That is unacceptable and bad business practice. I want my refund!!

      On dec 21st I placed an order no. *********.Diamond goat pendant it’s jan3rd and they still haven’t shipped the order yet but keep sending e-mails saying I can buy the same pendant for 20 percent of or wait another business day three times. You can’t call or reach anyone from the company.

      Late on delivery. I paid 39.99 dollers on jelerly that cost 27 dollers. I paid extra money for 1 to 2 business day delivery. Dec 18 order was placed. Received my order Dec 23. Five days took to get here. The whole reason I paid 39 dollers was for fast ontime delivery which they failed to reach. I just want a refund of the extra money I paid for expedite shipping. I paid for 1 to 2 business day delivery and took 5 days. Why did I pay extra money for they failed to get my order shipped on time. The whole reason why I paid for faster delivery...

      HiphopBling (HHB) does not have any live customer service representative they do not respond to phone calls or emails promptly. Purchased a diamond pendant on November 13, 2023 Order# ****** and delivered on November 21, 2023. Requested a return on 11/24/23 RMA #******** tracking #**** ********************** received by HHB on 11/28/23, email confirmed received by HHB. They said they will process the return shortly, its been 2 weeks no update. Dispute Filed with ****** on 12/11/23 in the amount of $1016.55 - Called HHB several times and sent emails regarding notifying ******/**** *** since the loan was through ******/**** and no response.

      I've encountered issues with two of my orders where items were missing, and despite my attempts to resolve this through calls, emails, and messages, I have not received any response. Specifically: • Order HHB#******, placed on November 06, 2023, was for a quantity of 2, but I only received 1. • Order HHB#******, placed on October 30, 2023, also had a similar issue where I ordered a quantity of 2 but received only 1 item.
