      I orderd 2 chains (jewelry) from Hiphopbling and they were not to my liking, so I sent them back for a refund. The company says it has a money back guarantee if the items you have purchased were not to your liking. I sent back the first chain on June the 8th at 9 58 am and I sent the second chain back on June 10 at 10 08 am, both were sent back priority mail through the ************** ******* I have been calling their phone# ************ for about a week and and a half and no answer and emailing them for the same time at hiphopbling.com and no response as of yet. I have both reciepts on my credit card statement as well as both reciepts of the **** return items priority reciepts. One chain I paid 279$ and the second chain I sent back for a refund cost me 254$. I hope the BBB can help me with this problem and help me get the refunds guaranteed to me from this business. Thank you very much,*************************

      On April 17th , I bought a 10K Yellow Gold Cuban Chain Lightweight - 3MM / 16" from the hiphopbling.com (ORDER **********) website along with other orders. It was shipped to me and it was too small. I tried to return it on the website - surprise! there was no return link. I called the number on the website and the person confirmed by order and said they would send a shipping label. This was April 19. Till now, I have not gotten a shipping label. I have tried several methods to reach them including sending several emails from the website and calling the number - no response. I want my $150 back. Funny enough, on April 19, I ordered another gold chain which was shipped to me immediately. I guess hiphop bling takes orders but refuses returns without saying so.

      I ordered a Silver Sport Jubilee Hip Hop Watch on September 30th, 2021, Order No. HHB#XXXXXX. I received the watch on October 4th, 2021. The watch does not work. The hands just tick back and forth and will not go clockwise around the clock or keep time. I emailed ******@hiphopbling.com on October 5th, 2021, as instructed per their page to receive authorization to send the watch back. I have not received an email back from the company. I want a full refund in the amount of $30.95 plus shipping the item back. The shipping I paid to receive the item was $6.00. So, an additional $6.00 would need to be added to the total making the grand total to be refunded $36.95.
