I purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger from Auto Addictions on December 11, 2021. I was given a warranty to cover 50% engine, transmission and state inspection for 1000 miles and 30 days from purchase. He provided brakes and rotors knowing it would need those for the inspection he also deducted 200 for the work. I questioned him on the tire pressure light that was on and was told a tire was low that morning and it just hadn't gone out yet. I was told to expect the title in 2 weeks. December 13th the engine light came on. I took it to a garage and was told it was misfiring. Had the engine and the brakes repaired. I emailed him about the repairs and cost and let him know the tire pressure light is not going off. On the 29th I questioned about the title; I can't get the inspection without the paperwork. He assured me the title and check for the work done would be sent the following week. Jan. 9th i email again about the title. Its only 2 days from the 30 day warranty and i have no title. He assured me it was arriving and he would add another 30 days 1000 miles so I could get things done. Jan 12th I received the title and check, but no new tags to drive it. Now I have a problem getting the car to the DMV with weather and then break my wrist, this delay is on me. I email again about the tags and he states they were mailed the previous week. i never get them and he stops responding to any emails. April I find a place on the website to contact and send a message. He calls immediately and states he already has more money in the car then expected and was not receiving any emails from me anyway i should send the bill through the message place on the site. it wouldnt accept attachments, i email again and again. May 5th i send a certified letter to him but it's returned as refused.
