      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by AYS- At your Service Repair, which was contracted by ******* for the installation of an oven I purchased on 11-18-23. I am seeking a resolution to the ongoing issue I have been facing regarding the delayed delivery of a filler for the hole left during the installation ********** part of the service agreement, I paid $165 for the filler and was informed that it would be available within 2-3 weeks. However, it has now been several months, and I have yet to receive the promised filler. Each time I have contacted AYS- At your Service Repair to inquire about the status, I have been given excuses about supply chain delays. Furthermore, despite being assured that someone would call me back, I have never received any follow-up communication.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, but my efforts have been in vain. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. As a result, I have reached the conclusion that I deserve compensation not only for the fee I paid but also for the considerable time and inconvenience I have endured while dealing with this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
