The process of designing, selecting and purchasing the engagement ring was very exciting and easy! Diamond expert Alma was most accommodating and helpful and really made a difference in my selection. My now fiancée really loves her ring and I’m happy James Allen could help with that ????

Great quality products, shipped quickly, in nicely packaged boxes. I came to James Allen after having an engagement ring with a 1 carat diamond from **** ****, fall out of the setting with in 3 months of purchase. Lost the diamond. Their customer service didn’t respond. Me and my husband ordered a diamond engagement ring from James Allen after that experience and four years on, the ring is secure and beautiful as the day we received it. I just ordered a simple plain wedding band James Allen to wear when doing yard work and such. Even the simple band was shipped beautifully. I would definitely recommend James Allen to anyone.JamesAllen.com Response

I have had only positive experiences with James Allen. I've bought several rings and have always been pleased. They have provided honest advice on stones and helped me choose the best quality in my price range. They replaced my engagement ring setting that Jared really messed up when they re-sized - I just had to pay for the shipping. I have also returned a ring just because it wasn't for me with no issues - easy return process. Their prices and quality cannot be beat. I have already bought 3 pieces of jewelry from james allen. The jewelry bought , and james allen, has surpassed my expectations both in quality, customer service and there desire to make the perfect piece of jewelry for both myself and my wife.
