I recently used James Allen to purchase my engagement ring. From beginning to end the team was 10/10. I have absolutely no complaints. I called customer service a few times and each time they were happy to help with whatever questions or problem. When I first recieved my ring, the size was to big so I sent it back to have it resized. The day after James Allen received my ring I decided that I also wanted to upgrade my 1.30 carat diamond to 1.50 carat. I wasn't sure if that can be done in the same order but I decided to call anyway to ask if I can make changes to my order. The woman that helped me was so nice , I explained to her what I wanted and she got it done with no problem at all. I received my beautiful ring 3 days ago and I am in love!!! So thank you James Allen for a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely be back for my wedding band.JamesAllen.com

I have used them before for my wife’s anniversary rings. Beautiful. Recently ordered some diamond stud and loop earrings. Beautiful once again but the backs on the studs were not like pictured with more secure backing. One phone call, they sent shipping label for return and are currently working on the repair. Great quality and outstanding customer service. You can trust them.JamesAllen.com

We had such a positive experience in the Georgetown store. Alicia was so professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to suggest ideas when I expressed what I was looking for but didn’t see exactly. She helped us select a perfect ring for me. 5 starsBought a pair of diamond studs for my wife. I liked the transparency of the entire process, from the quality of the diamonds to the prices. Sadly I didn't get them in time for Christmas, however the online rep worked with me and changed the shipping from my home address to the one where we were on vacation at.
