Starting the end of December 2023 to very early January 2024z I have been working with Alyssa. I was promised a very desirable position with a massive company. KNOWING I have a clean background I knew It was a shoe in. I turned down 3 guaranteed permanent positions elsewhere due to this promise. After the background check came back, I was informed they found something, but I provided proof that it was incorrect and even Alyssa said she didn't agree with the Aerotek AI and she would guaranteed find me something by the beginning of the following week. Well it is now 2 weeks past the time she was supposed to find me something and she has yet to return any of my calls, reply to any of my messages or emails. This company offers no help to anyone that they have to actually do a little work on their end. We are real life people you are messing with, we have lives, we have families and we have bills too. Please DO NOT promise anything you cannot deliver because now we are on the side of stuggling and facing homelesness due to your neglect and lack of compassion.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Although You have messaged back which is appreciated, You still left me without work and without response and high hopes of finding career placement. I've turned down 3 guarantee opportunities because the information that you provided me which ended up being falsified. You interrupted my life and my financial obligations to my family and left me in a complete abandoned state left drowning. You're apologies will not pay my bills. It will not find me a job and it does not satisfy the discontent you left with me. I feel as if you're employees need to be retrained and/or let go for falsifying the hopes of people that are already at a low 0oint in their life your untrained employees are now messing with the livelyhoods of other people in the real world and it does have consequences

This company won't stop spamming me with messages through ******** from phone numbers from various African countries. I don't know how they got my number. I keep telling them to stop but they won't. Within the last few minutes I've gotten messages from over 20 phone numbers.Business response

January 22,2024 at 14:40 ish Karen and I were talking about recruitment options and work opportunities during which my 60 year old mother was in the car with me at the time and was speaking saying im avaibke to work whenever and such , I was running late to an appointment at the time so I said I have to run , which then proceeded this complaint this agent said he had his mother on the phone like shut up magret you old something something , then proceeded to keep talking , so in act of feeling disrespected and mistreated i hung up and went to my appointment on them and I personally do not think that this agent should be fired most definitely I am wishing a formal apology and the agent should be dealt to the company disgressionInitial Complaint

I have been trying to make contact with my local office for close to/over 9months and receiving no contact. I reached out to a different office and was informed I would receive a call (no call happened). I reached out to corporate to make a complaint and get immediate response due to the sheer level of unprofessional practices. The receptionists at corporate continued to have me leave multiple messages for multiple people and when asked to speak with someone directly I was informed no one would be taking my call. I was hung up on over 13times once asking for their supervisor to make a complaint and the young man began lying stating he couldn't give me his name and said the supervisor knew and would not be taking my call along with how he and the other receptionist were talking about me (negatively). I was rightfully upset and they cut me off to transfer me to numbers for voicemail. The level of unprofessional practices is outstanding. I would like an apology from each individual especially the young man and something done about this.Business response

They sent the following email, which is clearly a ****. “Good morning!, I want to know if you're still interested working with or company It's strictly an online work from home job company name is AEROTEK INC. the working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $25/hour, training is $22/hour and you will be getting payment weekly via direct deposit or credit card and the maximum amount of hours you can work a week is 45 hours. If you are employed you are going to be working as a full time or part time employee and not an independent contractor., Reply YES if you are interested!!!”Business response

Aerotek contacted me about a position, They performed a background check, told me I passed and gave me a start date. Two days later, I was informed that I did not pass? I provided MD Judicial; Court information to substaintiate, nothing existed derogatory. The University I was hired to work for did there own background and nothing came up as well. Aerotek confirmed the hiring and gave me a start date of November 9th. This company hired me then reported discriminating information that does not exist. Atkore/Aerotek the supervisor Lupe took me into his office privately calling employees niggers and employees specks. I told the managers of Atkore/Aerotek no employees wanted to work with me after I talked to managers they moved Lupe to a different dept, he still has his job. The managers documented it privately and fired me. Since this incident occurred no one wanted to train me or work with me the supervisor left and told 3 trainees to train each other and allow employees to smoke marijuana on the job site.Business response

I worked with this staffing in 2022. I received an email to download my W2 form on 01/13/23. Since I no longer work for this company, I am unable to sign in and retrieve my W2 form. I have called the local number 704-329-8136 and left several messages and the corporate number 1800-9278090 as well as sent an email on 01/16/23 to ********************** and no response. As before i left to be out of work for sick time, i was told after 90 days i would be able to get sick time from Aston Carter and optum care. When it came time to use it i was told that i wasn't able to use it because I didn't have sick time. So I've reached to them to ask for legal team and was told again That i did have sick time and then told a second time i didn't have it. Now there is no one answering my calls or getting back to me to help resolve the problem. They are also hanging up on me when I'm asking for legal team info.Business response
