      I ordered a CPAP mask on 11/24/2023. The item has been awaiting fulfillment for a week. I tried contacting them via the phone number provided on their site (###-###-####) but the call fails every time. I've sent them a message, but have not heard back from them. Their address points to a UPS Store, which seems very suspicious. I believe I've been scammed out of my money.

      On Oct. 24, 2023 I ordered a CPAP mask from the company and paid $89 with my credit card. After one week their website listed the order as awaiting fulfillment, which was unacceptable to me. I then decided to order the mask from a different company and received it within a few days. I submitted a cancelation request using their "contact us" page on their website but received no action on their side. I then sent at least four emails to their email address and received no reply or action on their side. Over the last two weeks, I have made over 50 phone calls to their listed phone number (###-###-####) at all times of the day and evening. Their phone rings once and then switches to a busy signal every time. I want my money back!!!

      On September 18th a package was ordered by my friend in Poland to be mailed to me. We are unable to get in touch with the company. Emails are not answered and the phone is constantly busy. The product ordered is needed asap for health reasons for a young man.
