    Terrible company. I am surprised that my employer chose it giving its reviews! This year, I discovered that fraudulent transactions have miraculously appeared on my account almost for 1K scattered over years. I know that they were not on there previously but I cannot prove it. Ok. They did not take any steps to investigate, so I ordered a replacement card a month and a half ago. The card has not arrived still. I have contacted them 3 times and the answer was always it has been send or we will send it now. Finally, I contacted them today and they informed me that the card has not been sent. I keep pushing my doctors appointments and am running out of medicine. If the card will not be available to me in a couple of days, I will file a suit for intentional bodily injury.

    The absolute worst - website, customer service, etc. They hold deposits a full week before crediting to account. Have a question? Customer service reps say whatever will make the call easier for them. Call three times and go with the answer you get twice and it still may not be correct.
