      Id give them zero stars if possible!!! The agent who sold us the insurance completely lied about what they cover! They cover NOTHING! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

      I am 35 year old female who has had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis since 2013. I am currently going through a difficult time with this insurance we have had for over 12 years because they denied a much needed surgery. I have had a cyst lesion in my T1-T2 spine that affects my walking and causes me pain in all areas of my body (that was misdiagnosed for over 10 years as a "lesion"). I am losing function as time moves forward. I was scheduled for a SPINE, CERVICAL, POSTERIOR APPROACH, WITH LAMINECTOMY and they denied my surgery so I now have to wait longer to move forward with my life because they are greedy and said they didnt have enough information. I have 2 young daughters, man of God husband, and also a dad with cancer whom we are the caretakers of... this is alot on our plate. It's not about money, it's about my life and this is so upsetting.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Optum RX is TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH. Medication delays, lack of communication, incompetent customer service. I've been without my medication several times because of this terrible company. Worst part - United Health Care requires me to get my medication through them. Shame on you, United Health Care.

      United Healthcare over promises and under deliveres. They indicate hospitals and specialists are in network on both their website and their app. But totally different when you contact the healthcare provider. The customer service advocates have no ability escalate the issue. They do not know if a provider is in network either and cannot report to fix the issue.

      1 Star for a reason. I have ZERO medical records in the past 15 years I haven't seen a doctor or an ER visit. The ONE time I am in agonizing pain and need an ER visit with 2 days in the hospital it isn't covered. I am not some random hypochondriac just "feeling ill" I had leaking body ulcers with an infection that spread up all my lower legs causing extreme pain. I wouldn't wish the pain I was in on my worst enemy yet these *******'s are looking for ANY reason not to pay out anything. The health industry and insurance is the biggest scam in corporate america....keep selling us treatments instead of cures

      Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. It is honestly the worst. I am canceling my UHC insurance, and my employer is going back to **********. They did not fill my medication even after the DR called them 3 times in 3 days. I have been without my meds for two weeks. They give you the run around, and hang up when you contact them. I filed a complaint with the pharmacy board as well. OptumRX is not a pharmacy, it's a rip off. DO NOT FALL VICTIM to UHC.

      CASE No. ******* I ordered a medication I need to sleep through a pharmacy to test to see if they were any better and faster. However, I realized they charge much more, so I asked them to transfer all prescriptions to OPTUM RX, my previous pharmacy.I contacted OPTUM when I noticed they shipped all my medications, but one, the one I need to be able to sleep. So, I called I spoke with a nice lady who promised to ship it ***** as courtesy.Next morning I checked both places to make sure everything was in order, but no. OPTUM have not shipped my medication and when I called after another 30mminutes explaining everything again, the lady who took forever to understand my situation promised it was being shipped through ***** as an emergency. I asked her to transfer that medication to Kroger and she refused because it was being shipped lie, lie, lie.I check at 8 PM (Est) to see the status and it had not been shipped and it was only in PROCESS.I asked with a Supervisor, *******, came to the phone and lied to me again. She said it had already been shipped. I could see it very clear on their website that the order was in PROCESS. I asked her to transfer to ******, and she said they cannot cancel the order and I had to wait a few days. I begged her to send 2 or 3 pills only to ****** and she refused.At this time, I cannot only say: They are unreliable, liars, incompetent

      I got connected to UMR instead of United at least 7 times. I continue to call in but the automated system sends me to the wrong department. I call back and the representatives send me back to the same place. I am trying to clarify a claim that was charged as a specialist but it was seeing my PCP. I simply can't connected to rectify this claim. It should be covered. This is just negligent on being able to transfer something so simple

      I've been getting text messages and phone calls from this company for the better part of 3 years. No matter now many numbers I block or report as spam, they continue to come through. I've even replied to the text messages and spoke to a rep on the phone to let them know I'm not the correct contact they're seeking (they keep sending them under the name "******", not my name) and they confirmed they would update their records, but clearly haven't. Even if I were seeking a service like theirs, I would never use them for it. Their solicitation practices are predatory and aggressive. Avoid at all costs.
