    John M - RUN!! DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SALES PITCH!! We started about 2 months ago, found a glitch in the system, showed them, that took weeks to fix. Then we noticed that their style of writing the emails back to the "leads" was VERY unprofessional. No salutation, punctuation, capitalization, and at some times not even our name or signature line. They will not return our call and are continuing to send bogus leads. AGAIN, DON'T think your experience will be any different!!!

    Zurple deserves negative stars told me that i would recieve 12 viable leads per month guaranteed with verified phone number and email and its been a month with no leads. I requested cancelation with full refund for horrible service and breach of terms in agreement and they said i would recieve a call from their manager. Its been 3 days and now they will not respond to my emails. When i call support they do not try to resolve the issue just keep telling me to wait for manager to call me with no steps for escalation. Horrible company.

    This should be zero stars. I was sold on a service that was supposed to push my new custom website for listing leads. I made it clear that I only wanted leads that were from sellers genuinely looking for a local agent to contact them about selling their home. Turns out, I received 2 "leads" out of the gate that never wanted human contact, they just wanted an automated home value. Sorry, but I'm not Zillow and no reputable broker is going to give a home value without walking in a sellers door. I immediately called and expressed my concern. Through that call, I learned that those people are now getting generic automated emails from me with marketing materials and non-specialized content from Zurple and it's embarrassing, nothing I would ever want my name associated with. I said I wanted to cancel. Conveniently, the calls would get disconnected and then I received and email saying too bad, I signed up for 6 months. I again reached out and said that they were not honest in what I was signing up for and they don't care. I tried to remove my credit card from the account but I don't know if they'll still be able to bill me. Please run from these fraudsters!!
