    Hi ******, I am sorry that you felt like I was being rude. We were conducting the Additional Meeting to the Annual Meeting because there was not a quorom of members at the first meeting. These meetings are supposed to be regimented and when there are interruptions to the meeting we have to guide the meeting back to the intended purpose. The Meetings that we organize are based on the MD HOA Act and ultimately the Bylaws for your Association. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Hi *****, I am sorry that you feel this way. We work extremely hard to ensure that we are conducting the meetings based on the MD HOA ACT and the Bylaws for your Association. The Annual Meetings have to be controlled and redirected when they go off topic. We have multiple ways of communicating outside of these meetings. Our job is to keep the meeting on task. So if you could just let us know what you are asking us to do please just send an email and you may include the board on any correspondence so that we may address your issue.
