5 starsThis is our second set of windows to be installed with Thompson Creek. We also have had two sliding glass doors. I cant say enough about the professionalism, the attention to detail, the quality of the product and the customer service. ******** *. was our initial contact and salesman and he goes above and beyond for his customers we loved interacting with him and were very happy with the customer service that he has provided. He even gave us his cell phone so that we could call him directly anytime with questions or ************* addition, **** ***** was our customer service coordinator, and she is so pleasant and nice and engaging and helpful from beginning to end Sometimes it is just as important to provide good customer service as well as a quality product. 1 starWe live in a 4 story condo building. We had replacement windows installed in August of 2022. When we have a hard blowing rain our windows leak due to pour installation. We have been in contact with them since December 2024. They have been out 4 times. They have seen photos of the building with the siding off where TyVek was missing from around our windows, but they did do that, but the builders windows on 3rd floor that has not been replaced have the TyVek all the way around there windows. 2 starsThompson Creek is installing a storm door as I write this. It is missing a part and it was supposed to be keyed to my front door, which it isn't. I called Project Coordinator Help and the lady said she would have someone call me back at their convenience - hopefully today. I am leaving for several months which I said and she said "Can't you have someone else there?" No, it is my house and I should be there when work is done. Based on their attitude today I cannot recommend Thompson Creek.Review fromRG S

I really had a wonderful experience with the quality of work performed by Thompson Creek Window Company. Everyone from the sales person, project manager, installer, and my contact person **** ******** were all spectacular. There were no hick-**** and everything went according to schedule. One of the best experiences I've had in a very long time. I feel Thompson Creek Window Company earned my respect during this entire process. I was very pleased with the work done replacing my windows. Taz and ***** arrived promptly, checked out all the windows and began working. The work was done quickly. Afterwards, Taz walked me around looking at the windows and showing me how to operate the windows. The cleanup was very good. I would recommend this company.Thompson Creek Window Company

In a word, I would classify Thompson Creek warranty and post-sale customer-centric service as OUTSTANDING!Having had a small French door installed and warranted- yeah right from a big box store, there is frankly no comparison between the two.In short, the big box store didnt stand behind anything. They simply stated that we needed to contact the installer- have a nice day goodbye!With Thompson Creek however, we had a large 12-foot French door combination unit installed. The installation crew was very professional throughout the entire installation process, and we were incredibly pleased with the outcome.Unfortunately, we rarely use this door, but five years after installation, we did find two minor leaks. With just one call to Thompson Creek, they scheduled an immediate service call. To be honest, I totally was shocked by this level of response! Unlike our experience with the big box store service, Thompson Creek was not adversarial in their approach, and the onsite tech Norm was incredibly professional and thorough throughout his diagnosis of the issue. At the time of the visit, I was unable to replicate the leaks, but the tech could see where it had been leaking previously. Within the time span of ~45 minutes, Thompson Creek offered what I considered to be an unbelievable solution to quickly resolve the leaking issue, by having the questionable components replaced @ zero cost to us! Im sorry, but to me that is an incredible 6 Star warranty that clearly says it all about the companys DNA/culture. In the end, Thompson Creek is clearly not the low-cost alternative, but it is for the aforementioned reason that we looked to Thompson Creek to replace our thirty-five windows, so their customer-centric culture does have an ROI associated with it!Thompson Creek Window Company
