              I have a multi-service repair contract with *********, a national company that send out its contractors to repair (I have also filed a BBB Complaint just now against *********).. About 2 weeks ago I called ********* to come out and check my toilets as I had had an unusually high water bill and **** Water Co. had told me there might be a leak. ********* sent out Haynes Plumbing & Heating Co. about 2 weeks ago. The Haynes plumber came out and checked all 3 toilets in my home and found nothing. However, they broke my toilet on the first floor as it will no longer flush and lacks water in the tank. .That toilet was working fine before Haynes Plumbing came out here. Since then I have called Haynes Plumbing several times (*********, also) and they fail to respond, either to call me or return my calls. It is not right that I am stuck with a toilet that Haynes Plumbing broke . PLEASE HELP ME.

              This company was dispatch to my property on 8/2/2021 for water coming into my basement level. The technician name is Garth. He came in an looked around and diagnose it was a sewer line break. I asked him where was the break and if he had a CCTV to determine where the break is. His response was no he does not have a CCTV. What real plumber does not have a CCTV. He advise me that he will call in the to the insurance company and advise them. This company need to close there business immediately. The technician was very unprofessional and focused on his vehicle that broke down in from of my yard until it was towed away. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. They deserve a 1 star only for the effort of coming to my home
