              I was charged to rent a vechicle and was told one I got to the location that I am required to have 300k liability personal car insurance in order to deny their car insurance. There isnt anywhere on the website through ******* that stated this information. I requested a refund from Nextcar and ******* and was told that I couldn't receive one even though the companies are providing false advertising. False advertising is a deceitful practice that often leads consumers into making purchases they would otherwise not have made. This is particularly problematic when it comes to car rentals, where many companies have been known to mislead their customers. For instance, some companies may advertise that their customers are not required to have car insurance if they deny the rental company's insurance. However, nowhere in the terms and conditions does it mention the requirement of having 300k liability car insurance. This is a classic example of false advertising, where companies hide important information in the fine print.
