I purchased a seat cover for my golf care on May 18th of 2022, my credit card was charged and I received a receipt almost instantly (order #*****) but the seat cover didn't arrive. I attempted to follow up with them in October of 2022 but I received an automated email back stating that they were busy and that they were not accepting phone calls or emails at this time. It's now january of 2023 and I still have not heard from them nor have I been able to contact them. I am certain that this company is a ****.Initial Complaint

I ordered a steering column from this company when i received it unfortunately it was the wrong part. I emailed them and they actually responded the first time and told me i had to send it back on my own. I sent it the next day and have not heard from them since. They did receive the item and i never received a refund fromt his company i have sent 20 emails with no response. It has been over 5 months. On 6/29/22 I paid $161.98 for 2 seat covers from Just Golf Carts and received an email thanking me for my order but since have not received any more communication from them so I have called 3 times, but message said to email so I have done so twice and no response, I would like to receive my order but if that is not going to happen then a full refund. On June 27th the person working on my golf cart (**** *********** ordered SPECIAL ORDER Cool to the touch golf cart seat covers (attached is copy of the order conformation) #XXXXX. This was charged to my credit card (*** ********* I was charged 299.99 on my credit card. **** has emailed the company and also filled out a form on there website and called with no answer to the phone calls he has made. Then I called also and no answers to my phone calls. I have emailed and also sent in the form that is on the website and have had no response from them either. I was requesting an update or a refund to my credit card for the purchase. Never received any kind of reply. So my next step take was to take this matter up with the BBB of Maryland. And as I can see there have been several people that have reported them to the BBB of Maryland. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have coped below a copy of the form letter that I sent from Just Golf Carts website that have you to fill out. THIS IS A COPY OF THE EMAIL I SENT TO Just Golf Carts **** below is what I just emailed to ***@justgolfcarts.com Plus the attachment was what you sent Dave Attached is the first email that was sent to you via our bodyman that is working on our golf cart. We are wondering if the seat covers that we ordered are going to be coming soon. It has been 6 weeks and we have not seen them. Order # XXXXXCool touch golf cart custom seat covers. Helmet stripe with piping. We have tried calling X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and all attempts were answered by a recorded message. Please contact ****** ********** at XXX-XXX-XXXX or you can contact me *** ******* XXX-XXX-XXXX. If they are not coming I would like a refund on the credit card that these were charged on. I have confirmation from my bank that shows that they were charged on June 28th 2022 on my credit card. Please help to resolve this issue. Please contact one of us right away. I placed order #XXXXX totaling $213.96 on 5-16-2022 for four seat covers (copy uploaded). The amount was immediately charged to my AMEX account. Since then, I have sent email to "***@justgolfcarts.com", called the XXX-XXX-XXXX number, and sent messages through the web site contact link. Multiple attempts at these has produced no answer or response for status of this order. Upon looking up this company status on the Internet, I discovered all of the BBB complaints about them here. A Google search of the address at *** *** Church Road, ********* ** shows an ordinary home on a corner lot in a neighborhood (picture uploaded).
