  I purchased this car in May with $45,000 miles on it from day one I drove the car home and the car had a grinding loud noise come to find out it was the core pack took it in there twice they couldn't find out what it was until the last time when I told him to drive it for over 45 minutes so they found that fixed it and said I was good to go but the car still was hesitant so now I'm hearing another noise it just got worse took it to another Mitsubishi shop they looked at it and said it's the catalytic converter it's the wrong catalytic converter in this vehicle as if they didn't know I don't trust this place they are all Crooks I asked him if could they replace it or fix it they told me that that wasn't under their warranty please watch this place they are rip offs everyone please check your catalytic converter. I paid cash for this vehicle. I purchased the 2020 Mitsubishi ********* ***** it wasn't even really what I wanted but he told me he was going to hook me up with a nice vehicle the vehicle is a piece of crap please let me know if anybody else is having this problem with this location I would like to pursue a class action lawsuit against them they're getting away with this cuz no one is complaining I'm fitting to take them to court Upper Marlboro Maryland and I'm also going to call my local news for them to do an investigation on them. This place is very bad news. STAY AWAY from them.

  The last visit from ******************* was on June 6th of this year in which we replaced an ignition coil at no cost to her for a check engine light and drivability concern,  We have not seen her since, but we will happily diagnose the vehicle and see what we can do to resolve the matter.

  Apparently this dealership sold a car in my name to someone else. Identity Theft. I understand things happen. My biggest problem is that the dealership when informed instead of helping me figure out who, what happened they insisted it was me and I authorized the transaction instead of helping me. I essentially explained that I was robbed of everything a month earlier and they didnt care. They said I authorized the transaction because someone showed them an I.D virtually. The signatures dont/ didnt match. They refused to help me catch or figure out who did this. My guess is they wanted to keep their money from the sale of the vehicle.

  We are aware of the claim made by ********************  We use a software program called ************* which validates ID's and we used it to confirm that the DC license submitted is valid and passed.  We have turned this over to the PG County auto theft division to investigate,  Detective ********************* is working on this and has been in contact with ********************  We are awaiting the outcome of their investigation.

  Great customer service overall, but poor quality service to my vehicle. Received a premium service and with brake system replacement, my car is making noises and shaking since repairs done from 03/02/2022. I am not a satisfied customer ! Best, *************************
