    Multiple daily unsolicited calls from unique numbers which all display Smartcare Benefits. I have WASTED MONEY attempting to block their calls using various spam blocker apps and am unsuccessful due to the plethora of numbers used. I need this harassment to end or I will escalate this to the highest form. I purposely refuse to input my phone number on random sites to prevent leaks and further prevent spam calls. THIS MUST STOP.

    I did perform a sweep of our phone system and I do not see your number in it. However, I took preventative measures and added your number to our internal DNC system. If you still receive further calls, can you please provide me with a phone number they're coming from so we can investigate further? I'm so sorry this happened.     This company wont stop calling me about health insurance after a medical emergency, i have health insurance, and on the few times they answer i tell them im not interested and to leave me alone. They have not stopped. This is harrassment. If i keep getting calls, I will seek legal action. I need to be able to rely on my phone for work and getting to the hospital but I cant if its dead from nonstop calls. They need to stop or be stopped.

    This is harassment, plain and simple! They continue calling. I block the number and they just call from another number. When I tell them to stop calling, they hang up on me. I have tried calling the numbers but they immediately hang up when I tell them to stop calling. This must be a law against this type of harassment. It is a shame that this type of predator is allowed to prey on others ....I do not say it lightly., if you endured this for days, weeks and months with no recourse. You would be angry too!

    I have been getting up to 10 calls PER DAY from some "telemarketing" company (based in India from the accents of the people that call). I am on the Do Not Call list yet I keep getting these calls. I let them transfer me to the next step today and someone from Smart Care Direct answered. He did put me on their "Do Not Call" list. When I asked how they got my info, I was told they got it from the FEDERAL ******* GOVERNMENT. The government is giving names and information about people that fit certain criteria based on their tax returns to a telemarketing company that is trying to sell ******** insurance. The government should not be giving them the lists to begin with but this company is still responsible for not calling people on the do not call list.

    I am getting nearly daily calls (sometimes more than once per day) from Smart Care Direct. I am on all the Do Not Call lists available to me. From what I have been able to find, they are a Medicare Supplement company. I am not even eligible for Medicare, so why would I want calls about a Medicare Supplement? All I want to is for them to stop calling me. I've hung up on them, cussed them out, and done anything else I can think of and they STILL keep calling. When I have let them talk they have asked for some other individual. I have had my phone number for >18 years, and that individual has not been at my number in that time. If the cellular companies aren't going to do something about this, the government needs to. Numbers they have called from: ***************************************XXX-XXXX-XXXX ***************************************************************** PLEASE, make it stop!

    These people robo call my CELL PHONE at least 15 times a day I have requested to be taken off the list so now they call and hang up before I say hello. I have explained numerous times I am on the national DNC and they dont care they never take you off the list they keep calling. They call from all different numbers so their dialer needs to be updated or removed. I would never use this company based on my experience so far.

    They call and call 8 to 10 calls A-day I just want them to stop calling me calling me I have no interest in what they're selling

    After MANY unsolicited calls from this company and as many requests to be removed from their call list, I am still receiving at least 5 calls a day. My number is on the National and Florida Do Not Call list. This company is in violation of these Do Not Call lists.

    I am receiving calls about every half hour, all day. This is senseless.. I am.not buying anything! I have requested that I be removed from the list and the calls continue. Please help!
