    I have never heard of the place I have never signed up for anything through the place nothing ever. Now all of a sudden I'm getting 10 to 15 spam calls from them a day. I asked removed from the call list guess what they still call, I call them back and use their automated system to remove myself from the call list and yet they still call back. I tell them continuously this is not the ****** *** they are asking for and yet they still call back

    I receive many many calls from this company. I requested they remove me from their list. Still get calls. I blocked several of their numbers but I just get called from another location. It's getting to the point of harassment.

    Call more than 10 times, block numbers they have multiple. They are rude, they hang up, will not take you off call list, they are harassing. This organization should be shut down!!!! I am a senior citizen and this is causing me to be sick. They must be stopped!!!!! No one gives a **** in government, otherwise they would have been shut down!

It is a numbers game and they will continue their methods because there is no financial consequences. No offense, but this company doesn't care about a bbb rating.The consumers are left to deal with these privacy violations.

    This company has been harassing me for weeks. I'm not even close to Medicare age. They call 4-5 times A DAY regardless of if i pick up or ignore them. I have answered at least 1 call a day to tell them to put me on their do not call list. They confirm they did and hang up. Rinse and repeat. I continue to get 4-5 calls a day and sometimes if i pick up and say "hello" they just hang up. Had my last straw today after weeks of this harassment and decided i would harass them until they truly block me. I called twice and on the second call was finally able to talk to someone higher up who explained that she would add me to the DNC list. I got her name and the company name so i would be able to continue fighting them if the harassment keeps up. Which I'm sure it will. Horrible business. I don't understand how the harassment is legal or that they don't add your name to a DNC list when requested.

They are claiming they never called me, but that I somehow went out of my way to call them? How would i have their number if they hadn't called me first, repeatedly? I am not even close to Medicare age and know very little about Medicare let alone don't know a single Medicare company... I called back to demand a manager to talk to me, but that came after receiving 20+ calls from them - many of which i answered to ask to be put on the DNC list and was never added to that list until I called them myself. They are completely disregarding the situation and straight up lying. I don't care about any of their responses. At the end of the day the harassment stopped, but the harassment only stopped because I (ME, MYSELF AND I) took necessary measures to get it to stop. They can claim they've never called me only because they change their number every time i was contacted, so I'm sure I'm "clear" from their most recent change in phone number... I feel bad for anyone who gets contacted by this company. I don't understand how any of what they are doing is legal. Based on the other BBB complaint - it's obvious this is happening regularly, I'm just guessing others don't take the time to file on BBB.

    CONTINUALLY CALL FROM MANY DIFFERENT NUMBERS....SAY TAKEN OFF FROM RECEIVING CALLS THEY DON'T STOP.

    This company is ruthless. I receive more than 5 calls a day and I have repeatedly requested to be removed from call list and block their calls every time, also tried to talk to a real person and they immediately hang up. Stop this company from harassing people.
