Hoping anyone receiving a check in the mail from this company shreds it and puts it in the trash. I've been paying on this loan for over a year snd have only paid off about $400.00 .. The original smt. Wasfor about 2,600.00. I still owe about 2,400.00. My interest was to be 41 %. My interest is always more than half of my payment. I called and the lady said I hadn't had my long enough to get a reduced interest payment. Now I'm still paying more than half my payment towards interest. Just how long is long enough. I will never deal with them again for a loa. You'll never get y paid off unless you can come up with a lump sum payment. Thanks gor listening.Mariner Finance, LLC

I got a large loan from Mariners and the collateral they use was my 2005 Toyota Camry… The car and I explained to them that since I couldn’t use it to work anymore, I was having a hard time paying my monthly premium. I have tried and tried to contact them asking them for help, but they are no help at all. Please tell me what I can do I told them they can have my car even though it’s dead, but I would like to work out a payment plan, I finally talk to said he couldn’t help me so please I could pay 150 months on this loan but I don’t have anymore because I have to borrow a car every time I try to go DoorDash to make extra money help me please. They said they’re going to take me to court. I just got a letter I mean seriously I have called at least 40 times and nobody seems to want to take the time to help me very muchMariner Finance, LLC

I called to add to my loan and was told no we can't help you at this time even though I make more now than I did when I initiated the loan interesting go figure they're your best friend until you need to borrow money in a time of need and you have no worries to go so thanks for nothing marinerMariner Finance, LLC

I am reporting dijonay a call representative not only did she get belligerent with me she spoke over me as I attempted to try to figure out why we see her more than one call to of notification about the payment of that month and while I have no problem confirmation calls I do have a problem with disrespectful representatives, not only did she not allow me to speak she also spoke over me as if I could not get a word. Also twice I have had my credit flag because they attempted to steal my information after I made that payment.Mariner Finance, LLC

I am having financial issues and Mariner was the ONLY company unwilling to work with me. Now I find they have sent a letter to the credit bureaus which has had detrimental effect on my credit without notifying me they would do so. I will NEVER use this company again and I will never miss an opportunity to let others know how they treat their customers.Mariner Finance, LLC

I currently have a loan with them. I pay on time and have paid on time for years. I started with them in 2012 re-paying 2 loans. I asked to add to my loan, did not hear back so I called them and all I got was that I was denied for the extra money because of insufficient collateral. You have my title to my SUV which is in excellent condition, damn near all of my electronics in my house, again I pay you on time. I had to call you back because you couldn't even call me to have one of your workers state that I was denied. Never again this is the last loan I will ever take from them, paying this one off and I am DONE!Mariner Finance, LLC

So far, so good. I see many complaints. I understood the agreement before I deposited the check. Yes, the interest is very high but I made an agree once I deposited the check. I love their app. Easy to manage my loan. Hopefully, I will get a better rate on the next loan. A legit company. Never had to talk to anyone.Mariner Finance, LLC

They might have helped me financially when I needed money but they also ruined my financial health by dragging me to court instead of negotiating with the debt settlement program I’m enrolled into. Thanks for that. This Ian alert for anyone seeking financial help especially personal loan. I didn’t apply for a loan but they approved me $3500 without applying and sent me check . When I actually went in person to apply they couldn’t approve $1000. I will ever be grateful for this company and say goodbye after everything is resolved .
