    Scam delivery company. I didn't choose them - ****** did. Claimed that they would deliver (within a 6 hour delivery window - ridiculous) but they didn't show and didn't call. I called the number - nobody there. I believe this is a scam and the place should be investigated by the authorities. If a business says they're going to ship your order with CEVA, do not buy from them. There's a good chance you'll never het it.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered furniture from another company (Brison) who outsourced to this company for delivery. They scheduled me for a 6-hour window, which I thought was absurd, but was left with no other choice. The morning of the delivery, they called at 0809 (my window was not until 12-6). I was in a doctor's appt, and could not answer, but returned the call within the hour. The operator who answered the phone was extremely rude, and placed me on hold, but did not return. I called back and the exact same thing happened. Every attempt after that she either picked up and hung the phone up or sent me straight to hold, with no acknowledgement or greeting. After calling multiple times (12 so far today), I have now spent most of my day on hold or trying to reach them some other way. I took off of work to be here and drove to D.C. to my condo, an hour out of my way for the delivery. At this point, I don't even think they are coming as they have not attempted to call back and have not provided me with any status update. Extremely unprofessional and based on the previous comments and complaints, I'd say criminal or at a minimum negligent.
