              Date of transaction - 10/02/2023 The amount of money I paid to Van Dorn - $11 130.00 What the business committed to provide you - spa purchase and delivery. What is the nature of the dispute is - Van Dorn company delivered spa and damaged our brand new deck. We provided an estimate to fix it, company refused to cover it. Whether or not the business tried to resolve the problem - yes, they offered to fix it by themselves. Van Dorn didn’t use any professional tools to provide deck protection, for example, they used as a tool for spa installation our metal shovel. And broke it (it is recorded in our outside cameras). Based on experience we got from this company, we refused to allow them to do the work. Deck is brand new and only a trusted company who did a work in September 2023 is allowed to fix it.               Stay away from Van Dorn pools & spas. They don't stand behind there spas. One of the motors went bad that cost over $500. dollars to replace...6 month later the new motor is bad and I am being told not under warranty and there is no goodwill help. The motor should be replaced 100%. A 6 month old motor bad? STEP UP Van Dorn!

              As stated, the pump in question was installed on 10/26/22 NOT 6 months ago , the pump has been out of Manufacture warranty for a full year. We offered a huge discount to you on a new pump.
