  Two young men claiming to be from Presidential Exteriors knocked on the front door saying they were "in the neighborhood doing work on another house" and pointed out work they could do on my home - while I had contractors on-site already doing work on my house. I pointed that out and then told them I have a "No Trespassing No Soliciting" sign at the top of the driveway - they claimed not to have seen it. I asked for their solicitation license and they said they didn't have one. When I told them it was against Fairfax County law to solicit without a license they claimed the company had one. I sent them away then reported this to the Fairfax County police non-emergency number, providing a description of both men. This is not the first time this has happened and not the first time I've had to call the police. I've called Presidential Exteriors in the past to complain, but I still get them knocking on my door. I took photos of them at neighbors' houses.

  The crew was very thorough and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently - always very respectful. The project manager on the siding, (**** M) was very professional and patient will my follow up questions. I am very pleased with the results.

  Door to door sales persons ***** and Max completely disregarded a 'no solicitation' sign posted at the front door. Both persons also displayed an unusual tactic by one of the two standing back behind a wall, outside where the full front window of the house stopped, essentially in a blind spot, while one person knocked on the front door. The person who knocked, *****, saw the 'no solicitation' sign, muttered a vulgarity at it (recorded on camera), but did not leave until I answered the door. When the sign was pointed out, I was informed they were not selling anything. I in formed them to depart.

  We are very pleased with the work done on our house. ******* and crew did a fantastic job. We had trim and gutter work done and our house looks amazing!

  ******* did great helping us assess our roof. We called Presidential again as they put the roof on 3 years ago, and our area sustained 2"-3" hail. ******* came out checked the entirety of our roof and even went above and beyond cleaning out gutters while he was up there. Thank you!

  I had Presidential Exteriors replace about half my windows. Mr. *** and his crew did a great job. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, installed the windows well, and cleaned up before leaving. I ended up agreeing to have my remaining windows replaced based on their great work.

  I recently endured an extremely unpleasant, high pressure "free" sales estimate for siding replacement from Presidential Exteriors. Despite making it clear we had already made significant home renovations this year, and would not be pursuing any more until next year at the earliest, the salesman would not take "no" for an answer, despite claiming throughout the evening that he did not want us to feel any "pressure" from his sales pitch.I thanked him for his estimate, which I had been told was guaranteed for up to one year, but told him we planned to get several competing estimates before making any decision. I mentioned that I had liked their sales pitch, and their company seemed like a good one, and although their estimate was higher than I was expecting, if it turned out to be the best estimate in the end, we would come back to them for the work.He then began badgering me on why I wanted to wait, instead of making a decision that night. When I held firm, he began pitching scaled back versions of the work as a starting point, to try to entice me further to make a commitment that ******** this point, it had been three and a half hours (having been told it would take ninety minutes max), and he just wasn't getting the message that we weren't going to commit to anything that night. I finally had to flat out tell him we were done for the evening and asked him to leave.He acted bewildered that I was now asking him to leave, claiming that we had somehow during our conversation implied that we agreed to hire them, and that we were now unethically backing out of the deal. I told him we most certainly had not agreed to hire him. He then started insulting me, essentially calling me a cheapskate who had wasted his time and never planned to pay for anything, but instead was probably planning on trying to scam my insurance company into paying for the siding replacement.After more arguing at the door, he left, with a final scold to "think" about what I had done.

  Pleased with the insulation installation and that everything was cleaned up well snd nothing left behind. Happy that there was walkthrough to make sure I was satisfied.

  My wife and I love our new door! The Presidental team from the ** *** ******, the project managers **** and **** were professional and competent. The product was delivered as scheduled in perfect condition. Construction team lead *** guided his team to the replacement of my door with unquestionably talent and expertise. I am pleased to recommend Presidential Exteriors to my family, friends, and community.
