    I purchased a Waterhog floor mat from them last year. It's the fourth floor mat I have purchased from them. One of their mats protected our wood floors for three years. It kept our floors perfectly dry. This new $130 floor mat we purchased last year is faulty. It has a seam that lets water through and onto the floor. I called to get a replacement and send pictures of the problem. They won't stand by their mat for longer than 60 days. How can a company that claims to make a floor mat that protects floors not stand by their product that doesn't hold water? They offered me a 30% discount. Why would I trust that this mat wouldn't do the same thing?

    these complaints all sound too familiar. We ordered mats 2 standard 1 custom 5 weeks later after watching the "progress meter" slowly move to shipping and stop I called. "oh we have a raw material problem but we have other sizes in stock, can you pick from one of those" so i did.. figuring the mats will ship out any day.. nothing .... they are quick to charge the card though.. not only for the difference in price but for the entire replacement order.. the credit I imagine I will have to take up with the credit card company.

    The website says ships within 1 to 5 business days, It has been 5 months. I cancelled my order and now it is 10 days and they have not refunded my money. This company is a scam.

    Unresponsive, unprofessional, poor communication. I place an order for specific dates and that was not fulfilled. I was given two options for a discount (which came to 5%) or have the order sent back and resent at the approximate time I requested. I was hung up on, talked over, and disrespected when I tried calling in to resolve this issue. Please look elsewhere!

    I placed a large order with AFM, waited 5 weeks while the job tracker showed In Production, called for an update and was informed the product had been discontinued... no one had planned to inform me and no one had a plan to remedy. When I pushed for a solution, the irritable manager in duty, Albert, offered an inferior product for a 30% up-charge. We'll see how long the refund takes to process, not holding my breath.

    Placed an order for a bamboo floor mat on 21 February. After 13 business days I contacted support on 11 March to ask where the shipment information was as the website stated ships in 1-5 days. It took them 3 days to respond that my order was on backorder until May 6. I complained about the delay, and they offered $35 back to me. I had to ask them a month later where that return money was? Oh yeah, let us process that now... (15 Apr) Forward to 10 May, I am overseas on business, and I have not seen a shipping notification. I contact the seller and ask "It is May 10. My order has shipped correct? I have been waiting since February." No response to that email until after I called customer service. A few emails back and forth (finding out it is on further backorder until 30 May) and finally today (16 May) I get a response... "Unfortunately, I am unable to give you an additional discount on the order and we cannot send you an interim chair mat free of charge. We apologize for the continued delays on your order and wish that were not the case. There is very little margin on these products as the manufacturer sells direct through Amazon. Between our cost of goods, shipping cost (for this very heavy mat), advertising, your discount, etc, this order is a loss to us. That is the reality of your order as it stands. If the original discount was not sufficient enough I've been advised that we can look at switching your order to a different chair mat type all together, continue being patient with us, or canceling the order altogether. I understand you do not want to switch your order so if waiting with the discount you have isn't sufficient enough, we would be happy to cancel and issue a credit in full." NOT ONCE has the seller been proactive in communication, NOT ONCE have they provided a timely resolution. I can only hope that my floor mat will be shipped on 30 May, and that this seller will honor their commitments.

    I ordered 3 different size mats and not one of them were the measurements that I ordered. One example was ordering six 24"x36" mats but receiving six 20"x32" mats - that is a large discrepancy. The company said that the mats "shrink" during production. I call BS. I have seen a number of complaints and wish I had researched the company better. It's not hard to put exact measurements up. After several back and forth emails stating I could exchange my mats/ they then proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay a 25% restocking fee and cover shipping. I questioned this and they ghosted me. I'm amazingly disappointed with this company and will never give my business to them again. Buyer beware.

    Horrible. Sent us two damaged mats and refused to refund us. DO NOT order from them.
