BEWARE of this company!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!These people are scam artists and cheats!! I was quoted one price over the phone and then they inflated the price by over $1,000.00 at pickup. They also told me that the insurance was at a rate of $0.060 per dollar and then changed it to $0.60 per pound for replacement value. They tried to deliver my furniture during a hurricane and when I received it, all of my furniture was soaked with water. My furniture was destroyed and there was mold on everything. They also held my furniture hostage in the truck until I paid them in cash for the remainder of the estimate!! They do not have an arbitration company to file a claim with and they only offered me $135.00 for $3,400.00 worth of damage to my property. Run as fast as you can in the other direction from this moving company. I was willing to work with them on a settlement, but they flat out refused. If I ran my business like they do, I would be out of business!! I filed formal complaints against them with the *******************************, FMCSA and will be suing them. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not hire US Expert Movers!! They are anything but experts in the moving business!!!Initial Complaint

Move from Arlington VA to Decatur GA on 8/3/2021. Driver name is Martin. Several items not delivered. Called Martin and was told he had these items and would arrange delivery. Later discovered Martin is out of the country. No one else at Expert Movers has been able to help and will not return my calls.Business response

******************** has been missing 3 items from his shipment. These 3 items will be delivered by the by December 10th.
